During the festive period, requests may experience longer wait times than normal, so submitting your request earlier will help to reduce dwell times.

Relaxed Truckers Logistics is a Validated Virtual Trucking Company that was Founded in May 2019. When RTLVTC opened up to the public & slowly grown to over 50+ drivers over the past few years. We have also hosted fortnightly convoys although we have recently changed it to monthly, at the time of writing this we have successfully hosted over 60 convoys for the community and we are endeavouring to continue our convoys in a professional manner. Here at RTLVTC our main goal is to build a community like no other where we can offer our drivers the best experience in Virtual trucking.

We are delighted to invite you to our event and we will be privileged to have your presence at the event. We very much appreciate you to mark your attendance to the event so that we can have the best experience throughout the convoy,

The convoy will be departing at 19:00 UTC on November 12th. We will be departing from Paris, ( Slots | Public Ownable Garage) and drive through the beautiful roads with amazing views. We will end the convoy in Prague, Quarry /Stein Bruch.

Please ensure you meet the requirements listed on our Discord server to avoid disappointment(s). Any VTC or Community that does not meet the requirements may not be assigned a slot. Please also ensure that you us the correct information that we ask for, if given us false information this may prevent you from being allocated your dedicated parking slot for the event.

Slot bookings will be closed on Monday 10th, November, 2024 | 23:59 UTC. Slot confirmations will be sent out no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

Temporary rules

Approved by Event Management

Event Rules for Participants:

Only approved Event Staff are able to use the following words or phrases in their player tag; “RTL | Event Manager, RTL | Supervisor, RTL | CC, RTL | Media, CC | United Convoys, “ or similar.
Impersonating Event Staff using the aforementioned tags is forbidden.
Participants must follow Event Staff instructions.
Participants must haul a trailer.
Double trailers, Triple trailers, HCT trailers and Heavy Haul configurations are prohibited. (Except Event Staff)
Cars are prohibited except for Event Staff showing a clear tag.
Free roaming on the server is prohibited.
Advertising is prohibited.
Overtaking is prohibited.
Participants with consistent lag must remain at the back of the convoy.
Participants should park at their designated slots. If you don't have a designated slot you are required to park in the Public Parking area.
Convoy participants must only leave the starting location when instructed to do so in an orderly (one by one) manner.
All other TruckersMP Rules apply.

Event Rules for Event Staff:

Event Staff overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 members at any given time.
Event Staff can drive the incorrect way where roads have a central reservation barrier ONLY. In accordance with the rule above.
Event Staff can block junctions and roads approaching junctions in order to direct the convoy.
Event Staff can park out of bounds. Providing this is on the ground and not on top of buildings or other inappropriate places deemed unsuitable by the TruckersMP Team.
All other TruckersMP Rules apply.
