Event Information

Our Official March Convoy of 2025 has been scheduled and you're all invited!

This month, we are heading over to the states where we will explore what Arizona has to offer! We will drive through some spectacular roads with amazing views!

The event takes place on the 23rd March 2025 at 18:00 UTC!

The convoy duration is estimated to be around 90 minutes, possibly a bit more if you're near the rear!

No breaks are scheduled, but you are welcome to pull over in a safe place if you require to do so!

| Parking

You may park at any company available in Yuma with a no collision zone.

Depending on the capacity required we may block some companies off with signs and barriers, so ensure you head to a company that is open.

There is plenty of space, please do not park on pavements.

As for the destination, the Event Team will direct you to what company to park in.

Event Rules for Participants

Participants must follow Event Staff instructions.
Participants should park at their designated slots, which is any non-collision company in the relevant city and route.
Convoy participants must only leave the starting location when instructed to do so in an orderly (one by one) manner.
Participants must haul a trailer during the convoy.
Double trailers, Triple trailers, HCT trailers and Heavy Haul configurations are prohibited.
Cars including alternating vehicles are prohibited except for TruckersMP Event Staff assisting with the event.
Buses are prohibited.
Overtaking is strictly prohibited.
Free roaming on the server is prohibited.
All Other TruckersMP Rules Apply.

Event Rules for Event Staff

Event Staff can block junctions and roads approaching junctions in order to direct the convoy.
Event Staff can park out of bounds. Providing this is on the ground and not on top of buildings or other inappropriate places deemed unsuitable by TruckersMP Staff.
