Essex Haulage VTC is proud to celebrate one full year on the roads of TruckersMP!

To mark this milestone, we invite you to join us for a relaxed, scenic as can be throughout the uk since our company is uk based. We hope to provide a professionally-organised convoy across the UK.

Date: 28th Mar 2026

Meet-up Time: 18:00 UTC/GMT

Departure Time: 19:00 UTC/GMT

Start Location: Dover Slots To be released first in order of 1-12, Then followed by Euro Goodies, LKW SLots, Then finally Public will join the rear of the concoy in a suitable/friendly mannor.

End Location: Aberdeen (NFBC)

Server: (TBC)

Convoy Information

All VTCs and independent drivers are welcome.
Please arrive with a full tank and repaired truck.
Respect road rules and event staff at all times.

Additional Notes

Event Rules for Participants :

The Event Staff are recognized as : "OCSC Event | CC", "OCSC Event |OWNER", "OCSC Event | Media" or similar.

Impersonating Event Staff using the aforementioned tags is forbidden.

Participants must follow Event Staff instructions.

Participants must haul a trailer.

Double trailers, Triple trailers, HCT trailers and Heavy Haul configurations are prohibited. (Except Event Staff) Cars and Buses are prohibited except for Event Staff showing a clear tag.

Advertising is prohibited. (Except Event Staff)

Overtaking is prohibited.

Free roaming on the server is prohibited.

Participants with consistent lag must remain at the back of the convoy.

Participants should park at their designated slots. If you do not have a designated slot -you are required to park at the 'Public Parking' slot Convoy participants must only leave the starting location when instructed to do so in an orderly (one by one) manner.

All other TruckersMP rules apply.

Event Rules for Event Staff :

Event Staff overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 members at a time.

Event Staff can drive the incorrect way where roads have a central reservation barrier ONLY. In accordance with the rule above.

Event Staff are permitted to park out of bounds as long as it is on the ground and not on top of a building Event Staff can block junctions and roads approaching junctions in order to direct the convoy.

All other TruckersMP rules apply.
