Who are we?

PBG is a community with a server on FS19. Created in February 2021, PBG set out as a community designed to be a no hassle zone while also bringing life to various aspects of gaming. Currently, PBG hosts a wide variety of games such as; ETS2/ATS, FS19 RP server and public FiveM and Minecraft server. If any of this interests you, feel free to DM me. Anyways, that's not what we're here for.

PBG is currently recruiting members for its RP server! Places in the mining, forestry and farming divisions open. We pride ourselves with having an open, enjoyable community with little to no requirements. Currently boasting 15+ players, we want you to join our team!

As many of you all know, the release of 1.40 and Iberia was a very exciting time for us in the virtual trucking community. With that being said, many of us, including myself, updated the game and eagerly awaited the moment we could get back on the road but this time in a whole new map expansion!

The release of Iberia had the majority of players update while tmp stayed on 1.39. Because of this, myself, PBG Logistics event manager, along with management within the company, came to an agreement to put a temporary pause on all our events, in-house and public.

However, this does not mean our events are over! Once tmp staff updates the game to 1.40 we'll be back! Mark your calenders as PBG will return with its weekly Wednesday events very soon!

Driver of the Month

April was a quiet month for us here at PGB Logistics but it did pick up from the previous month. From the statistics side, we logged 244 494km and managed to secure 6th place in the UK leader boards!

With that being said, we would like to personally thank each and every one of you but a special thanks goes out to the following drivers;

Our FS22 server is still up and running. However, we have not seen an increase in players compared to last month

The Minecraft server is now in it's 2nd month of this new partnership and is going strong!

BeamMP Servers

Our BeamMP division has seen the introduction of a new server! Continuing from last month, West Coast and Italy will be staying on our two RP servers and as a new edition, we introduced a sort of arcade server which rotates map each week. Currently, at the time of writing this, East Coast USA is the active map.

Good news! So as you may know, our 6 month anniversary convoy is just around the corner! As this is a big achievement for us we want to go big. We planned to get an event server for the convoy. Well, we got it! Thanks to you guys we've been able to fulfill this dream.

How does this affect the convoy itself?

Well, now that we can have our own dedicated server for the event, we can have much more control over the convoy. It allows us to temporally block junctions to guide the drivers, it allows us to reduce the chances of trollers and much more.

So, where should I start? As you all know, we decided to go back to our roots and celebrate our one year anniversary where it all began, TruckersMP and what can I say but wow. We had such a great turn out which we weren't expecting anywhere near as much to attend. We had VTC's from all over the world join us to celebrate what an amazing time we've had in this community so far. Our journey from Glasgow, where we are based, to Dover seen well over 100 drivers rumble across it's roads.

We here at PBG had such a great time and can't wait to meet you all again be it at an event or just out on the road, we've made many new friends from this convoy and hope to continue our legacy with you all. Finally, I would like to thank everyone on our event team and also a big shoutout goes to Convoy Security Group and there amazing convoy control team for making this event possible!

Having logged 397 272km, we managed to secure 3rd place in the UK leader boards! This is a big achievement for us as a VTC as we managed to out haul companies boasting over 100+ drivers!

FS 22 Servers

Our FS22 servers have really been booming. Having been playing Erlengrat since release on our cross play server, we finally decided to move on and prepare for the coming of Calmsden Farm in February. We had many great memories, and bugs, on Erlengrat which will never be forgotten.

Minecraft Server

During the month of January we introduced Season 3 of the PBG SMP! With this new introduction, we managed to bring many new members to our server. Within the server we have noticed a large community form and have also had out fair share of wars! If you wish to join us on the Minecraft server, feel free to apply for the Minecraft role in our server.

BeamMP Servers

A new edition to our community during the month of January is our BeamMP servers! We introduced 3 new servers, two of which are role play servers. The addition of BeamMP to our community was a great success with many new members joining our community for this section.

Today was our big day! We successfully completed our 6 Month anniversary convoy. This was a big event for us so we would like to thank each and every one of you that joined us for this event. It wouldn't have been possible without the people and VTC's we've met along the way. Also, we would like to give a massive shout-out to ConSec. If it wasn't for these guys today our event wouldn't have run so smoothly! If you ever require assistance at any of your events Convoy Security Group is who you should be going to! There's no one out there that can bring the level of dedication, skill and professionalism as much as these guys do!

What does this mean for us now?

This event was a big thing for us. We spent a lot of time and effort over the last couple months preparing, inviting and making sure everything was ready. Now, that the event is behind us, we will be focusing more on our weekly Wednesday events while also making changes within our community. There are a lot of plans and ideas brewing in the background so it's just down to us to make sure we follow through with them.

Will we be doing another big event?

For sure! We had so much fun at the event today! We got to meet a lot of new friends through out the planning/advertising phase also. As for when the next event will be, at the moment we're unsure when it will come. There is a surprising amount of time and preparation needed to be put into these events so whenever we decide on a date we're sure you'll know well in advance!

Once again, thank you to each and every one of you that made this event possible. Without you we wouldn't have been able to achieve what we achieved today!

Closure for the month of November

Here at PBG we have been keeping a close eye on everything over the past couple months and along with many of you, we have noticed 99% reduction in our activity within ETS2 and TruckersMP. After a series of discussions and meeting we have decided to take the month of November to really understand why this has happened and how we can overcome it.

What does this mean for our ability to attend events etc? Unfortunately, throughout the month we will NOT be attending any events so I truly apologise for any problems this may cause for your event.

What's gonna happen to PBG? At the moment I cannot disclose any information on what we have planned but expect some changes to be made throughout the month.

Finally, I want to announce our drivers of the month for October as their work should never go unnoticed

Has he streamed yet?

Yes! Sim completed his first stream on the TruckerMP offical Twitch channel yesterday the 12th of August. He done extremely well and we're really proud of him! Going from roughly 10 viewers to nearly 90 viewers definitely wasn't easy but no matter. Sim managed to pull it off perfectly. You can check out the stream here

When is his next stream?

Word has it, Sim's next stream will be Saturday the 21st of August! During this event we'll be taking part in one of RLC's convoy's so if you're free please come along for the journey!

February was a surprisingly slow month for the VTC. However, we did manage to bring some new toys to the world of ETS2! This month we released our new custom skins which envelop most trucks and a select few trailers. From the statistics side, we logged 242 864km and managed to secure 5th place in the UK leader boards!

FS 22 Servers

Our FS22 servers have seen a bit of a change. We continue to have Calmsden Farm as our farming map. We also have switched out our mining economy map for one more built around logging. We have settled on Umbreon Valley which is an extremely fun map with the right mods and team!

Minecraft Server

The Minecraft server continues to be a popular choice among our members. We noticed an increase in players and applicants to the server which is always great to see!

BeamMP Servers

The recently new edition added in January is our BeamMP servers. Like the Minecraft server, the BeamMP has become a rather busy section of our community. During the month of February we introduced two new maps which were highly requested with those maps being Westcoast and Italy.

FS19 Servers

Not much happened this month on our PBG farming servers. However, we have fully revamped both servers and have all the subscriptions etc updated so throughout the month of September the FS19 servers will become a lot more busier!

During the month of August we introduced Season 2 of the Minecraft server! With this new introduction, we managed to bring on 4 new members to our survival server. In the server we have noticed a couple small groups form within the server which is great to see! As you can tell by the title of this post, The staff team and myself here at PBG have decided to move our convoys to promods for the next couple of weeks. This change is due to the number of trolls we've had at recent convoys. For anyone that attended last nights convoy, I would like to thank you so much for coming along and staying with us through all the issues that occurred during that event. I can confirm, both offenders have been banned, with one perma ban, so hopefully no one else crosses their path.

With that being said, we have decided to move to Promods for a while in hope to not have as many trollers as we've recently had. This change won't be permanent, but for the foreseeable future, that's where we'll be. There's details below to our next convoy, which is next Wednesday, so we hope to see you there!

BeamMP Servers

Our BeamMP division has also seen an increase in players compared to last month.

In a recent staff meeting, we decided that our Discord server needed some change. To start, we decided that we would overhaul the roles, make them a bit tidier and also introduce new roles into the server in which we felt was necessary. During this overhaul we managed to remove many unneeded and unused roles which allowed us to start introducing some new ones.

Introduction of New Roles

During our staff meeting we discussed which area's we felt needed work and where we could improve the staff workload. Until now, we ran our community on the very small staff team made up of our veteran members. However, as we grew more and more the workload on this staff team was starting to get out of hand rather quickly causing us to all band together even more and take on roles some of us have never done before. After some time, we decided to finally open up our staff applications and introduce new faces to the team. We brought 3 new roles which include;

To Conclude

Our new staff applications have been open for just under a week now and we are happy to that we have had a lot of interest in this opportunity. Over the past week we have been able to interview multiple members and luckily were able to invite them to join the team! If any of this positions avail to you please don't be afraid to send in an application and we'll have a look at it shortly!

We've made our return to TruckersMP. After the update, which included Iberia, was released to the world last month we came to an executive decision to sit in the shawdows and wait for Iberia to become compatible with TMP. Well, now that that compatibility is here, we've stepped out of the shadows!

PBG as the community has really found this time crucial to expanding our plethora of games accepted in our community. We now host FS19 servers, Minecraft servers, FiveM servers and our own Rainbow Six Siege team. Anyways, we're here today to let you know what our plans for ETS2/TMP is.

Our drivers and staff our back full bore logging jobs and attending events. We've returned to our weekly Wednesday events and will be back to joining the daily events our friends and various VTC's host!

With that being said, that's how the month went for the PBG Community. I would like to also point out that we are currently looking for members to join our staff team! More information can be found in our Discord server. Finally, we hope you're all doing well and we hope to see you again soon!

Unfortunately, we have to share very sad news. After almost 2 years as a VTC we have made the decision that our amazing journey as a VTC is going to come to an end. This news is most likely unexpected for everyone in the whole community.

Through the years we achieved many great things and built up a very successful VTC with over 60 members at our prime. All the success and fun was made possible by everyone that was part of our VTC/community and that helped and supported us over the last 2 years but as they say, all good things have to come to an end. The reason for this big decision is that our lives here on the staff team has changed massively this year. The level of interest, motivation, time and energy isn’t the same anymore as it was in the beginning. We all agreed that PBG was started as a hobby for us through COVID so to get where we got is amazing. As we always have said, real life matters much more than games.

We haven't decided if we want to do a final event yet but if we do, we'll make sure to send out an announcement with the date

We understand that many of you might be shocked or sad about this decision and we really understand. It still feels unbelievable for us as well but it's nearly inevitable that PBG Logistics was going to come to an end at some point. As for the Discord community, it won't be closed/deleted but we will change it somehow to make it into a community/gaming server where everyone can still continue to talk, hang out and play games with each other.

As shared in the event calendar, we will be taking a much needed holiday for the rest of July. During this time you are free to drive and attend events in whatever skin you like etc. We will not be joining any events as a VTC during the holiday period however we do have 2 events which we will be attending:

• PBG x Mkenya July Convoy (23 July 2022)
• Stride Haulage July Convoy (31 July 2022)

Thanks to you all who have completed jobs and attended events over the past couple weeks. Your support at events is great to see especially going forward as we grow. Hopefully more of you can join us for convoys after the break
