We are currently looking for a qualified and professional leader who can lead and manage our awesome CC team and make sure our events are of the highest possible quality!

As a Convoy Control Manager you will be exactly where the fun is at and where your work is directly impacting a lot of people! Do you have what it takes to run a large event?

You will be working along side CCM | Gubber24 and will be responsible for the entire CC team in Stride Haulage. You need to be well organized and able to multitask a lot. In addition we would like to see you having previous experiences, but a very motivated mindset can work too. Your tasks include planning out the departure plans, creating CC profiles for the team and lead the team through the entire event. You will also be working closely with our event team.

In this recap I will bring you all a quick review of Stride Haulage as a VTC in October! October has been a hectic month in Stride. However it has also been a very productive month. We have been updating our drivers handbook, added new exciting features to the drivers hub and hired a lot of awesome new drivers! In addition to this, we have also hired Small Kai as our external event manager and it's already helping out a lot!:)

Another good thing is that we are slowly seeing the activity get back! You can spot the new beautiful Stride trucks on the amazing roads of TMP!

The most vital change in October has no doubt been the addition of 2 new executives in Stride. Both S-Dubble and Sharp have joined the leadership in Stride Haulage and will take Stride to new heights in the future! Read more about this in these comprehensive Articles: NEW CAO, NEW COO.

Our Ongoing Projects:

In our previous recap we teased for our own merch. We were a part of a new project that would handle all of our custom made merch. Unfortunately the project leaders of that project had to cancel it due to insufficient funds and lack of motivation. It's a shame, but we have not completely wiped the merch off the drawing board yet!:)

We are currently looking on how to improve the driver experience, with a special focus on our drivershub and bonuses for the drivers. We are also proud to announce that all our previous goals for the drivershub have been completed thanks to our awesome dev InsanoDeath!

I will make this short and sweet!:)

As I'm tending to other duties IRL for the next 8 month I wont have the same time to commit to the VTC. This is why I have decided to pass the CEO role (and some of the responsibility;) to a person which can take on the duties I don't have time for anymore! As of today, S-Dubble will be the Chief Executive Officer in Stride Haulage! He has shown amazing efforts in the VTC & I know he will do great!

What does this mean?

In reality not much will change, I'm not leaving nor am I gonna slack in the VTC. The leadership team is still the same!;) Now I just have a guy to blame if the VTC turns south;)

Stride Haulage Welcomes you all for our Public Convoy#6 ! Its been a long time since the last one due too the 1.41 update, which put a lot off people off TMP. But we are back now and ready to go ! We will be departing from Paris in France and take the beautiful and well known country roads all the way up too Groningen in The Netherlands ! Its a great run of 947 km without the need of any DLC's ! Meet up Time will be 17:50 UTC and departure will be 18:00 UTC. The front of the convoy will be cruising at 80-90 km/h. Its gonna be great to do a convoy again and I really do hope to see a lot of people for this event ! Stay tuned for ATS Convoy soon!;)

It is with great excitement that I can here by today announce our new COO in Stride Haulage! For quite some time, since the previous COO stepped down, I have been seeking some help with running Stride from the top and Sharp quickly caught my eye. And not only me. Sharp has proven himself to be a great addition to the staff team in his role as Community Manager. He is more than capable of the role as COO. He is smart, innovative and great at coming up with ideas and solutions to challenges. Exactly what I am looking for in a COO in Stride.

As of today, the 15th of October 2022, Sharp will join Stride as COO. I look forward to working even closer with you, even when it gets tough!<3

Hey!

We are stoked that you are showing interest in becoming a driver in Stride Haulage! In this post we will share some information about the whole process so you can see if you are ready for it!:)

Your first step to become a driver in Stride Haulage is to send a application through our website.

When this is done, you can expect to be contacted on our Discord server by Human Resources. The HR member will inform you about the coming process of getting hired into the VTC.

You can expect a Trial period of 2 weeks where you will have to proof, that you are a good fit for the VTC. In the trial period you will have most of the same perks as a official driver, but with a few limitations. You also need to go on a test drive with one of our great Driving Examiners showing you are fit for the road in Stride colors!

One of the things that is expected from you in the trial period is to pass a driving test and be active in the community by logging jobs and attending events. We expect that you go from the Trainee Driver rank to the Rookie Driver rank as a minimum within your trial period. You can see the required task for the rookie driver rank if you scroll down on this page!

When the Trial period is done, you are ready to become a fully fledged Stride Driver!

Another month has flown by! I hope everyone is enjoying the improvements in the weather and look forward to summery days!<3 We have enjoyed the days of May in Stride Haulage! We have been very productive in the month of May and have made a lot of visible improvements already! We have increased our activity at events on TMP and have seen drivers actively engaging in activities. Our staff team is killing it with tons of ideas on their minds! Our lovely Community Manager is working hard with the rest of the team to implement as many of these ideas into our VTC! We have also welcomed some new staff to our team! Fig and Chrome have both joined the HR team and will help new recruits on their way to become a true Stride Driver! We have also welcomed a new Bot developer, Hook! I would also like to welcome Frank Hughes to the position as Convoy Control Manager! He has already done his first Stride Event and it went great!:) You can read more about Frank's new position here!

Last but not least I would like to welcome all the new Convoy Controllers to the team and thank the entire operations staff team without you, we could not obtain the functionalities we need! Thank you!<3 We are motivated for the coming month and will tell you a bit about our ongoing projects below!

Our CAO, Arun is working closely with our awesome Developer, Insano to revamp both our Website and DriversHub! We have many ideas in the works and we can't wait to share these new updates with you all! There is currently no ETA, but we are working towards a deadline at the end of June.

We are also working on creating some different events for our VTC, which we cant disclose at this state, but it should be fun, not only for our Drivers:O

Our commitment to developing our VTC extended to the establishment of our dedicated Convoy Control (CC) team, ensuring that our events and convoys were not only well-organized but also delivered an immersive experience for our participants. Speaking of events, we proudly hosted numerous convoys that brought our community together. The pinnacle of our events was undoubtedly the 2-year anniversary convoy, a memorable journey that marked the passage of time and the strength of our community bonds.

As we eagerly look forward to the future, Stride Haulage is excited to unveil some of our upcoming projects for the year ahead. Brace yourselves for even better events, featuring a military convoy in March with special events and the implementation of Military Police acting as CC to create an immersive experience for participants.

Recognizing the growing demands of our community, we are gearing up to expand our Convoy Control team to cater to more clients, ensuring that our services remain top-notch and responsive to the evolving needs of our members.

I am delighted to announce that Stride Haulage will enter the new year once again as a verified VTC within TruckersMP. This validation is a testament to the hard work, commitment, and professionalism exhibited by each member of our family. A very special thanks to the amazing staff team in Stride Haulage keeping our operations streamlined and ever evolving!

To our drivers, I extend my deepest gratitude. Your passion, dedication, and unwavering support have been the driving force behind our success. Fostering an engaging and growing community demands considerable effort and resources from everyone involved. As leaders, we must show the way, inspiring, motivating and be of support to the team. We are responsible for providing the guidance and tools needed for our structure to function. A structure from which our community grows. This structure is in need of constant care and maintenance for the team to thrive and succeed.

Regrettably, Shulgin, Arun, and I find ourselves in a position where we can no longer sustain and maintain this structure. Our incredible managers and staff have poured their talents and hard work into this project, and it feels unfair that we, as leadership, cannot allow the VTC to benefit from their contributions as fully as it deserves.

Over the past three and a half years, Im so proud of what the Stride family has achieved within our community. We have made lasting memories for countless dedicated TruckersMP players in the community and inspired new VTCs to embark on their own journeys. The stories of friendships formed and joyful moments shared are plenty in our community, and I will cherish these memories forever. My experience here has been amazing, filled with laughter and friendship like no other online community.

“Striving to deliver” has become our secondary motto in Stride Haulage. We have tirelessly pursued to create the best experiences for our drivers and staff alike. From the moment you first hear about Stride Haulage to the day you complete your trial period and join us as a full member, our aim has always been to make this journey seamless and fun. I'm so grateful for all of the team members who have made this process possible over the years. Over the past three years, we have refined our procedures and systems, and I take great pride in the operations we have developed. It’s efficient, fair, and consistent, granting our staff teams the freedom to excel independently.

It's been a busy round of applications for the Community Manager position with more people applying than we expected! It's been a challenging decision to make on who should be our next CM (definitely not the reason we are 2 days late in announcing it hehe) and thank you all to those that applied, not one application was bad.

So without further ado, it's with great pleasure to announce seven4tor will be our new Community Manager! He's shown excellent multitasking ability already in the HR and event department and I'm sure he will do a fantastic job!
