注：本条例最终解释权归属熊猫俱乐部高层 我中国熊猫俱乐部，为立善惩恶，保护队员利益，使队内长治久安，特制定队级总条例纲领，还望以后队员以本纲约束自己，营造和谐队内氛围

• 第一条：中国熊猫俱乐部所有理性管理条例均根据本大纲所制，本大纲为其他条例的规范
• 第二条：车队内部管理采用自举制，需自己向管理提交申请
• 第三条：车队队员但凡有任何合理合规请求，车队管理必须给予答复
• 第四条：车队队员不采用编号制，所以并未有任何高低贵贱之分
• 第五条：:所有车队队员拥有对管理的监督权，对车队建设的建议权，参与权，言论自由权，任何阻止队员实行以上权利的行为将被严令制止
• 第六条：中国熊猫俱乐部立法权归属车队高层
