How to win: The most orderly and creative formation (lines, logos, etc.) wins the prize, as judged by our CC team at the meetup.
Tip: Practice parking as a team to shine in 5 minutes.

2. Highest VTC Attendance ($10)

What is it? The VTC that brings the most members to the convoy is crowned the most united. Quantity and passion behind the wheel!
How to win: We count the trucks from your VTC at the meetup and convoy. Make sure to wear your VTC tag in the game.
Tip: Call your whole crew and fill the route from Pécs to Katowice.

3. Highest Partner Attendance ($10)

What is it? Our partners show their support by bringing the most trucks to the event. It's time to represent! How to win: The partner with the most confirmed participants at the meetup wins the prize, counted by our CC team.
Tip: Coordinate with your community to maximize your fleet.

4. Best Public Truck Paint Job ($10)

What is it? Public players, this is your moment! Show off your truck with the most creative official skin (no unapproved mods) in the depot.
How to win: The craziest save edits will be judged by our Event Managers and announced at the end of the event.
Tip: Use festive lights and colors to stand out.

5. CC of the Year ($10)

What is it? An internal recognition of our Convoy Control team for their dedication. The heroes behind the event!

TCCR & Mariam | Pink Power Run – Paint the Road Pink!

Truckers, it's time to roll out for a powerful cause! Join us for the Pink Power Run, a special charity convoy in Euro Truck Simulator 2 raising awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Together with Mariam VTC and other amazing partners, we’ll paint the road pink across Europe on Truckers MP!

The organizing VTC must ensure the safety of all participants in the event. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the events department reserves the following rights:
Blacklisting for violation of the rules.
Non-processing and early rejection of invitations.
Adoption of measures to prevent further action against our members.

2. Invitations Processing Time: .

Processing of invitations may take up to one week, which includes the time until the first response.
If no response is received within this time frame, please feel free to contact the events department.

3. Invitation Statuses:

Accepted: Your invitation
🟢 Accepted: Your invitation has been accepted and has been registered in our system.
🟠 Waiting: Your invitation is pending acceptance. The waiting time may extend up to 3 days, but not beyond the period mentioned in point 2. During this time, we review our scheduled and private events.
Declined: Your invitation has been declined and an explanation of the reason will be provided. If the rules have been violated, you will be notified.

5. Cancellation of Event Participation:

If you leave our server during your invitation to the convoy, we reserve the right to cancel your participation in the convoy.

If you only enter the server to send an invitation to the convoy and then leave the server, we reserve the right to cancel your participation in the convoy. In case of repetition, your VTC may be blacklisted.

We are proud to announce that At The Mile Logistics (ATM) has officially become one of the new partners of TCCR Events. Who are At The Mile Logistics?

ATM is a validated VTC within the TruckersMP platform, recognized for its relaxed but professional approach, which promotes a positive and pressure-free community culture. Originally founded on May 24, 2021, ATM has grown into a space where drivers can enjoy the game without monthly requirements, but with the same seriousness and dedication that characterizes the big companies in the simulator.

Its motto is clear: “Enjoy the road at your own pace, without losing the essence of camaraderie and order”.

The ATM community stands out for:

• Having a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for new and veteran players.
• Organizing and participating in frequent events in both ETS2 and ATS.

Who are Virtual Reality Convoys?

Virtual Reality Convoys is a team specializing in Convoy Control (CC) within Euro Truck Simulator 2, made up of players dedicated to ensuring order, safety, and fluidity in high-participation events. They are experts in transforming a common convoy into a smooth, realistic, and memorable experience.

What makes VRC unique?

Convoy control teams like VRC are the logistical heart of large events. Their work requires not only technical skills, but also coordination, patience, and leadership. Their functions include:

• Route guidance and road closures: they block exits, intersections, and critical routes to protect the convoy.
• Traffic management: they regulate traffic at traffic lights and conflict zones, preventing interruptions by other players.
• Real-time communication: they are connected by CB radio or Discord to coordinate every movement of the convoy.
• Assistance and emergencies: they respond to accidents or mechanical failures to keep the event flowing.
• Clear identification: They use customized and visible scout vehicles with CC labels, allowing participants to easily recognize them.

VRC not only shares our passion for simulators, but also our mission: to create unforgettable, safe, and well-organized events for the entire community. Founded by Artekaan on August 13, Mariam VTC has quickly become a model company within the virtual world of transportation. With a clear philosophy based on entertainment, respect, and order, they have managed to form a warm, active, and organized community that has grown strongly in recent years.

In July 2024, they were recognized as a verified VTC on TruckersMP, a reflection of the professionalism, commitment, and dynamism with which they operate within the platform. Currently, Mariam VTC participates in at least 15 monthly events, both in ETS2 and ATS, establishing itself as one of the most active and committed VTCs in the community.
