I lead Golden Phoenix Express, a Virtual Trucking Company I founded back in 2020, overseeing management, team operations and our family. Chief Managing Director: Vicc (Victor)

Hi! My name is Victor, better known as Vicc. I’m 23 years old and live in the Netherlands. I work as a freelance journalism strategist and advisor, assistant editor-in-chief, and assistant publisher, while studying for a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. Previously, I have held roles such as Vice President of the student association and student assistant, and I have been involved in extracurricular activities such as honours projects, student participation, and more.

Within Golden Phoenix Express, I hold the position of Chief Managing Director. In this role, I oversee daily operations, make key decisions, and help plan GPE’s future. I also act as the second-in-command to the Founder. I focus on overseeing internal projects, ensuring their efficient implementation, and managing various general and administrative tasks for the VTC. Additionally, I work on optimising workflows, improving communication within the VTC, and driving projects to completion while maintaining high standards.

Within TruckersMP, I hold the position of Senior Community Manager. After joining the team in March 2023 as part of the Event Team, I progressed to Community Manager and now lead the Community Managers, Community Moderation, Translation, and Media teams. I provide strategic direction, coordinate activities across departments, and ensure the smooth functioning of the community by making sure it is well supported and that we create meaningful relationships. This role allows me to combine my passions for community interaction, leadership, and community and project management.

Outside of work and studies, I enjoy gaming, reading, writing, nature walks, going to movies, museums, and the theatre, and spending time with friends and family.

Deputy Managing Director: Lucas974 (Lucas)

Hello! My name is Lucas, also known as Lucas974 on TruckersMP. I am from England and are currently studying Business. I originally joined GPE as a Driver in January 2025, and became a Recruitment Manager in late March 2025. I then transferred to a Human Resources Manager in late May of 2025. I was then promoted to the Deputy Managing Director in late January 2026. Within my role as a Deputy Managing Director, it consists of me overseeing daily operations, making key decisions and help plan GPE’s future. Additionally, I am third-in-command to the Founder.

Howdy! My name is Filip, but I go by Vonty on TruckersMP and in the GPE Family. I'm from the Czech Republic, where I've lived my whole life and as of now, I am studying Economics. I mostly enjoy spending time with friends, playing football or just talking about things. Outside of that, i enjoy playing simulator games, such as Microsoft Flight Simulator or Asseto Corsa. I joined GPE in 2025, and joined the Event Coordination Team. After a while, I applied for the Event Management Team. My role usually consists of creating events, supervising our Event Team and leading our events.

Human Resources Manager: Danzilz (Daniel)

Hello! My name is Daniel, also known as Danzilz on TruckersMP.

I originally joined in January 2025, and now in 2026 I have progressed my way through the HR Team to now Human Resources Manager at Golden Phoenix Express. Within my role, I am responsible for managing recruitment processes, reviewing applications, and helping maintain a professional team within and welcoming environment for all drivers within the VTC.

I work closely with the management team to support staff operations, assist drivers when needed, and help ensure that our community continues to grow in a positive direction. My role also involves guiding new members, handling internal matters, and supporting the overall growth of Golden Phoenix Express.
