Designed to bring a higher level of specialization, professional trucking, and deeper community bonding, the Division system transforms HG Logistics into a multi-layered fleet where every driver can find and hone their true competitive edge.

What is a Division?

Divisions are specialized transportation units within HG Logistics. Each team focuses on an entirely separate and rigorous set of hauling conditions.

Once you enroll in a division, every delivery you complete that fulfills your team's specific strict criteria will yield Division Points, directly boosting your team's standing on the global VTC leaderboard.

Important Note: Each driver can only belong to one single division at a time. You are free to leave and switch teams, but your historical points will not transfer over to maintain fair play.

Core Mechanics & Features

Fully Automated Scoring via HaulLog Tracker

No manual steps are required. When you complete a job using the HG Logistics Tracker (HaulLog), the system automatically validates the delivery metrics in real-time:

• If the delivery meets your division's requirements, Division Points are instantly credited to your team's pool.
• If it doesn't match the criteria, you still earn your standard personal kilometers, but no points will be added to the division.

Clear Internal Hierarchy & Roles

Each division operates as an independent unit managed by its own members, promoting strong team synergy:

• Leader: Manages members, reviews applications, configures rules, and proposes division updates to the VTC management.
• Sub-Leader: Assists the Leader in handling recruitment and day-to-day operations.
• Driver: Official full-fledged members who act as the primary workforce driving up the scoreboard.
• Cadet: Trainees who have newly joined and are working their way up to prove their skills.

Automated 30-Day History Entry Verification

Recruitment criteria are completely automated and transparent. When you apply to a division, the system instantly analyzes your real delivery history from the past 30 days to check if you hit the required baseline (e.g., minimum heavy cargo counts, night hauls, or long-distance jobs). If you fall short, the Hub will point out exactly what you need to improve.

6 Specialized Divisions:

• Heavy-Haul Division: The heavy machinery experts (Cargo weight $\ge$ 20 tonnes).
• J.I.T Division: The high-speed, tight-deadline rushers (Time remaining $\ge$ 10%).
• Long-Haul Division: The continent-crossing marathoners (Distance $\ge$ 300 km).

Their final official event will take place on June 6th, 2026.

HG Logistics officially introduces the HG Logistics Tracker powered by Haul Log, available for all VTC members.

With support from the Haul Log Tracker system, HG Logistics has built a new tracking platform aimed at enhancing the driving experience, automating job recording, and creating a more professional and transparent operational environment for all HG Logistics drivers.

From now on, drivers will no longer need to manually submit job reports after each delivery. All transportation data will be automatically recorded and synced directly to the HG Logistics Driver Hub.

What does HG Logistics Tracker do?

Automatic job tracking

Once a job is completed, all trip data is automatically processed and updated without any manual submission required.

This helps drivers save time, reduce submission errors, and ensures more complete and accurate data compared to manual job reporting.

The system also captures detailed information such as cargo type, origin and destination companies, total distance, actual driven distance, blackbox route data, damage reports, and even vehicle information. Everything is stored directly in the HG Logistics Driver Hub.

Points & leaderboard synchronization

All transport data is directly linked to the HG Logistics points system.

Drivers can:

• Track total distance driven
• Monitor personal performance points
• Join driver leaderboards
• Compete for top positions and receive GA (giveaways)
• Earn bonus points through driving activity

All data is displayed directly in the Driver Hub.

Discord integration

After completing a delivery, the system automatically sends a successful job notification to the official HG Logistics Discord server.

First of all, we would like to express our deepest and most sincere apologies to everyone who attended our recent convoy event.

What was intended to be a smooth and enjoyable journey unfortunately turned into a series of unexpected issues, and we fully understand how frustrating that must have been for all participants.

During the event, the TruckersMP server not responding to update caused an unavoidable delay. In addition, our internal decision-making regarding the departure time (20:20 vs 21:00) led to confusion not only for participants but also within our own team. We acknowledge that this lack of clarity negatively impacted your experience, and for that, we are truly sorry.

We ultimately made the decision to depart at 20:20 in an effort to respect everyone's time and avoid a longer delay that might discourage attendance. However, we understand that this may have caused inconvenience for those expecting a different schedule.

After departure, when we had completed approximately two-thirds of the planned route, a server restart announcement required us to stop once again. The subsequent login issues further worsened the situation, resulting in an additional delay of 15–20 minutes. At that point, we completely understand why many participants, as well as some members of our own team, chose not to continue.

Our event booking system is built to give your VTC a fast, clear, and reliable way to reserve slots for any HG Logistics event - from convoys to large-scale meetups. Everything is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and efficient.

Note: Slot bookings close 24 hours before the event, so don't wait too long!

Step-by-Step Booking Guide

1. Go to the Booking Page

Visit our website: https://truckers.vn
Hover over "Events", click "Slot Booking"

2. Choose Your Event

You'll see a list of upcoming events.
Click the one your VTC wants to join to view details and access the booking form.

3. Login with Discord

By default, the booking form is locked.

Click "Login with Discord" to unlock it.
We'll use Discord to keep you updated about your booking.

4. Fill in Your Information

Once logged in, complete the form with:

• VTC name
• Your name (call sign / TruckersMP name)
• Your role in the VTC
• Number of attendees
• Contact email
• VTC TruckersMP link

You can also add notes if needed.

5. Choose Your Slot

At the top of the page:

• Left side: Slot groups
• Right side: Slot details

🟢 Green = Available
Red = Full

Select your preferred slot from an available group.

You can book multiple slots, but our event team will review and may adjust if needed.

6. Submit Your Booking

Scroll down and click "Submit Booking".

After that:

• You'll receive a confirmation email
• You'll get updates via Discord
• A private booking channel will be created for your VTC

If your booking is rejected, we'll let you know why and guide you on next steps.
