In other news
As a VTC we once again challenged at the top of the leaderboards both as individuals and as a group surrounded by VTC's with much larger player numbers we were able to prove our strength once again as we did in the Halloween event last year.

A huge congratulations to BHtrucker who managed, for the 2nd event in a row, to be the TMP Staff member with the greatest number of deliveries when all was said and done. He delivered Easter cargo 693 times during the 3 weeks of the event, pushed hard until the very end by another GM, ReacherK who finished just 15 deliveries behind him.

BH's Stats:

• 10th place "Player Most Delivered"
• 693 deliveries

I also for the 2nd event in a row managed to cross the line scoring high on both individual leaderboards. We decided this time to make a push for distance and in doing so I drove;

• 1st place "Player Most Delivered"
• 2225 deliveries
• 2nd place "Player Distance Travelled"
• 381,788km driven

The winner of the February giveaway was ISIU who was awarded for his continued efforts and topping the table of legible winners for the month.

44,164km was enough to get him over the line after coming within 5,000km for the January giveaway.

There is one final Nordic Horizons DLC up for grabs with the cut-off date being the 26th March due to our 4th Anniversary Convoy happening on the 27th in the most recently added area of the game.

New features are on the way, ideas are being floated. As soon as we have firm improvements in place our drivers will be involved in making the final decisions.

January's driver of the month was awarded to SavageGerman640 but the winner of last months DLC giveaway was me, Dan. A close fight at the end of the month with the deciding distance down to less than 5,000km. Our close 2nd place finisher ISIU is on track for winning the February Nordic Horizons giveaway though, with just 4 days left for changes to happen he's opened up a healthy lead over the next in line to qualify.

We had our February convoy on Saturday 21st with a healthy attendance of around 40. We've noticed a steady increase in the number of attendees at our convoys recently and we'd like to thank you all for your continued support. We'll be skipping our regular monthly convoy in March as we make way for a time of celebration. Our 4th Anniversary event rolls ever near. We look forward to seeing you all on the 27th.

Our Reward Structure:
The first 7 qualifying 1000km+ jobs will earn a 1500 XP bonus.
After that, every additional 1000km+ job will award 250 XP.

The maximum XP that can be earned in this event is 7000 XP, which is the equivalent of completing two qualifying jobs per day over two weeks.

The criminals was be towing 7 tonnes of straw bales on a flatbed. The police did not be towing anything. They will had to have their flatbed with them, so criminals and police can switch roles when the round was over.

The criminals had to drive over the provided roads. They could choose any route. The police choose strategic places to camp. The police had to bring the criminals to a standstill. The criminals had 1 minute head-start. The police could stop the criminals in any way they wanted. The police had to have at least one truck chasing. The other ones was be stationed along the roads.

It was a fun event, what will definitely take place again next year!

Three years ago, a small community was created with one goal in mind. To bring people together. Three years later that community is still standing, having achieved their goal and still continuing to further improve.

Now we can ramble on about how everyone helped create this community, but the same way each machine and material helps forge a blade, the overall end product is what is to be admired, and we can view this community as a blade. It shines like the north star under the moonlight, so sharp it can cut a strand of hair in half, and has the durability that is only rivaled by the purest of diamonds.

So as we gathered the anniversary convoy, we were able to look back and see the amazing growth this community has achieved. People who have been around for a while can appreciate all the memories that have been made in this community, and people who have just joined can look forward to the new journey that awaits them. Because an anniversary isn't just about celebrating a milestone, it's also about self-reflection and seeing how far you've come from where you started. Attentive readers may have noticed that the word VTC has not been mentioned once, because this is not a VTC, this is a family.

In addition to that, due to c-d being only accessed by tunnels, some of our British drivers thought they entered the channel tunnel instead leading to them driving on the wrong side of the road, forcing us to issue a ban on all British drivers registered in the VTC because they cause too many crashes. They can only be here as a driver they drive on the right hand side.
