You can earn NXP by simply being apart of the company!

• Delivering a 1000km Job * 0.8 = 800 NXP (In Real).
• Delivering a 1000km Job * 0.4 = 400 NXP (In Race).
• Attending a convoy = Total Official Km of Convoy * 2 NXP (In Race)
• Cargo Damage = 1% of Damage reduces 1% of NXP.
• Completing an Examination. = 100 to 5000 NXP.
• Driver of the Month = 2500 NXP.
• Picture of the Month = 1000 NXP.
• Have your suggested convoy route accepted = 1000 NXP.

Rewards are awarded under these Ranks:-

At Ultimate Driver, you get any Paint Job of you choice. Expert Driver gets a Cargo or Trailer pack. Divine Driver gives a choice between Tuning or Tire pack. At Elite Driver you get another Map DLC. Once you are a Legendary Driver you get a Nexon branded Cap. Wheelman receives the Nexon Logistics branded Premium Merchandise.
