Karamitros

Karamitros is a great member of our VTC. He is a great driver and is always active around the TMP network spreading positivity. Within the Discord he is also similar always interacting with members in the VTC and being amazing.

Staff Member of the Month :

Djoh

Djoh has been with us since the very start. He has always been extremely active and primarily specialises in being a developer for our VTC. He has created some amazing projects such as our DriversHub! Because of Djohs amazing efforts and creations he has recently been promoted to Vice General Manager and now part of the VTCs Leadership Team. Thank you for all your work Djoh

Team Summaries:

Human Resources Team

Throughout the month of August, the HR team has been extremely busy in hiring new staff and drivers, driver discipline, driver checks and a lot more internal work behind the scenes. For this month they have focused on conduct within our Discord ensuring its to a high standard. They have also recieved a new Human Resources Manager Empxre to replace our previous HRM who unfortunately left us. They have been focusing on training our new Human Resources Trial Member.

Event Team

The Event management team has been working on our upcoming events , Planning December, January , February, March convoys and planning to invite them shortly. We have also recieved 2 new event planners and our Event Manager Vetoo is working on training them up to our high standards!

Media Team

In August the Media Team has been helping our event team create media for upcoming convoys including route banners , slot images and more!

Staff Changes:

• Djoh - Development Manager > Vice General Manager - Djoh is promoted to VGM due to his hard work !

• Empxre - HR+EM > HRM + EM- Empxre is promoted to HRM due to his amazing work

Staff Farewells

• Casper - HRM > Public - Casper has left the VTC due to losing interest in TMP. We would like to thank him for all his work from the very start.
