I will inform you about the staff roles in our VTC.

Our Roles;

• Founder: Founder is the founder of our community. Person who brings future innovations about our community.

• CEO: Makes strategic plans for our VTC to growing up successfully.

• COO: They are responsible for supervising the Human resources that make decisions regarding the employees.

• General Manager: General Manager is the person who controls the work of the people in the team. Members who join our team will first check the manager of the team but secondly, General Manager to check.

• Developer: Development Manager is deals with improving DriversHub. Responsible for creating and editing the DriversHub, website and etc.

• HR Manager: They are responsible for HR Recruitment and training of HR's.

• Event Manager: Taking care of the invites for convoys. Organizing private and public convoys and events. Making sure everything goes well in while the convoy or event. Taking care of all participants at the event. Organizing / Helping with making the CC Saves.

• Media Manager: Media Managers is responsible for the functioning of the Media Team, the organization of the team and everything that concerns the team.

• Human Resources: They make the recruitments of the new members who will join our logistics.

• Event Team: Helping the Event Manager with organizing the convoy or event. Helping with making the CC saves. Being the Convoy Control in convoys.

• Media Team: Preparing server banner, news post etc for our server and VTC page. Also responsible for taking photos in convoys and editing photos.

Development Team

In November, our developer Vasile has been working on updating our driver HUB with new features and we have many more on the way, the developers are working on a brand new main site from scratch expected to take 1-2 weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for our press!

We were invited to a number of events in the first month of business, but due to time constraints we were only able to attend two, which we regret but there are still many events waiting for us in the new December and we will be reporting our first private fleet in December.

Clare Logistics was founded by Thirace & Magic Realms October 2022 and we wanted to create a free, fun experience for those who want a little extra in terms of the Euro Truck Simulator 2 experience, providing a quality atmosphere and, most importantly, making it enjoyable for all involved. Our drivers have the opportunity to evolve in our logistics and can focus on their next goal as they efficiently traverse the roads of Europe, always helpful and friendly to other drivers they meet, and unlike other VTCs we aspire to freedom, we don't have strict rules for our events, we don't force our members to participate, you can come whenever and wherever you want, we want You'll find something different at Claire Logistics!
