Website Updates:

• New home screen background
• Tweaked :hover animations to make them better
• Re styled the gallery section.
• Added filter: drop-shadow(args) onto the main arrow on the site as it looks 10x better.
• Changed the way we grab the teams section. As now it will fetch externally instead of updating the site every new team member.
• Added all members of staff to the JSON table.
