Recently, our Discord Bot has had a few updates. Introducing our new ticker system, which has x4 different ticket reasons for users to select. Additionally to this, it has x5 new options for our staff team such as buttons for the following commands: open, close,delete,rename,transcript.

The open, close commands can also be used by the interaction.user which is the user who created the ticket.

Our transcript system saves each message sent into the ticket and creates a HTML file containing the information. With it being a HTML file, it will be permanently accessible for our staff team in case they need it at any point.

Also, i have been working hard on command optimisation on the bot making them run smoother for each user. This also allowing the host to run at a lot lower CPU and RAM usage for certain command. Lastly, the music command is back to normal and should function. The main issue is ytld plugin in which Youtube may detect so the bot may not play the desired song.
