we would like to share our official Kings Logistics Convoy Participation Requirements.

These requirements are meant to help VTCs, communities, and event organizers prepare their convoy invitations properly before inviting Kings Logistics to an event.

Our goal is not to make invitations complicated. We simply want to make sure that every event we participate in can be planned in a clear, organized, safe, and professional way.

For Kings Logistics to officially participate in a convoy, every invitation should include clear and complete information.

Required information includes:

• VTC or community name • event name • date • meetup time • departure time • time zone • server • starting location • destination • route information • required DLCs, if any • event rules • TruckersMP event link, if available • slot or parking information • contact person • Discord server or official contact method

Incomplete invitations may be declined or only processed once all required information has been provided.

Kings Logistics officially participates only in convoys where we have a confirmed slot or clear official parking information. If no slot, parking place, or clear starting position is provided, Kings Logistics may decline the invitation. For larger convoys, a proper slot or parking map is expected.

Slot booking or convoy communication must be handled through official and safe channels.

Accepted methods are:

• TruckersMP event page • official Discord server • direct contact with the event organizer

Kings Logistics does not use unknown external third-party websites to request or confirm slots. If slot booking is only possible through an external third-party website, Kings Logistics may automatically decline the convoy.

Every convoy must follow the official TruckersMP rules. Kings Logistics does not participate in events that encourage, allow, or ignore behavior that goes against the TruckersMP rules.

The event should be organized in a way that supports safe driving, respectful behavior, and proper convoy standards.

These requirements help us prepare better, avoid misunderstandings, and make sure that our Event Team has all important information before making a decision.

Kings Logistics is currently looking for friendly and motivated people who would like to support us in the Media area as part of an external Media Team.

As an international VTC, we want to continue improving our presence inside the TruckersMP community and create more beautiful memories from convoys, events, and everyday driving. For this reason, we are looking for people who enjoy creating media content and would like to support Kings Logistics from the outside.

We are looking for support in areas such as:

• pictures from convoys and events • videos and short clips • social media content • promotional content • creative media ideas • capturing special moments from the road

International support is very welcome. We are especially happy to hear from people from different regions around the world, including South America and North America, as we want Kings Logistics to become even more international and connected across different communities.

This is not meant to be a strict or stressful application. We are simply looking for friendly people who enjoy media work and would like to support Kings Logistics in a relaxed, respectful, and professional way.

Hello everyone, we would like to share an official Staff Structure Update from Kings Logistics for June 2026.

As part of our current internal restructuring, several staff roles have been adjusted, changed, or merged. The goal of these changes is to make our staff structure clearer, more organized, and more useful for the future.

Some areas and duties have overlapped a lot in the past, so we decided to combine and restructure them in a cleaner way.

The following role updates have already been confirmed:

Support Agent and Community Moderator have been merged into one combined role.

This new combined role is now responsible for both support duties and community moderation. This includes supporting members, handling tickets and questions, dealing with smaller conflicts calmly and fairly, and helping to protect the respectful atmosphere within our community.

HR Recruiter and Recruitment Specialist have also been merged into one combined role.

This role is now responsible not only for handling applications, but also for actively recruiting new drivers for Kings Logistics and guiding interested people properly through the application process.

Event Coordinator has been adjusted and will now continue with a stronger focus on event planning.

This role now focuses more on planning and preparing events and convoys, such as routes, slots, event structure, materials, and important setup details.

For affected staff members, this means that everyone who was previously active in one of these areas will generally remain within the matching staff area. However, the role name, task structure, or exact responsibility area may change. The new duties now apply to the corresponding updated roles.

These changes are not meant to remove people from the team, but to make responsibilities clearer and reduce unnecessary overlap. A cleaner structure helps us work better internally and supports the long-term development of Kings Logistics.

Further adjustments to roles, team guides, internal workflows, and staff areas may still follow as we continue improving our structure step by step.

During this month, several important changes happened inside our staff structure. These updates include promotions, role changes, and new internal responsibilities that help us continue improving Kings Logistics step by step.

Sahne_101 has been promoted from Dispatcher to Logistics Director. This is an important step for our logistics structure, and we are happy to see this responsibility being taken forward.

K1TSUN3 has moved from Addon Team to Addon Specialist and was later promoted to Addon Specialist Lead. Thank you for the continued work, effort, and support inside the Addons area.

JustBram will continue in the position of Event Team Lead and has additionally been assigned the role of Bot Developer. We appreciate the continued support in the Events area and the additional help with technical development inside Kings Logistics.

Devil has been promoted from Community Moderator to Community Moderator Lead. Thank you for your work, commitment, and support in keeping our community structured, respectful, and welcoming.

DieselBoy Fluffy has moved from Support Agent to HR Recruiter. We appreciate the work done in the previous role and are happy to see continued support within the HR area.

fire_tiger has been promoted from HR Recruitment Specialist to HR Director. This is a role with responsibility and trust, and we are very happy to see this next step inside our HR structure.

we would like to share a small update about our internal role structure at Kings Logistics.

Over time, our team structure has grown a lot, and with that, some areas became more complex than necessary. To keep Kings Logistics organized, clear and easier to manage, we have made a few adjustments to some of our internal roles.

These changes are mainly meant to make responsibilities clearer, reduce unnecessary extra roles and help each department work in a more structured way.

Addons Department

In the Addons Department, the role [AT] Addon Team has been merged into [ADS] Addon Specialist.

This means that Addon Team will no longer exist as a separate role.

The Addon Specialist role now includes both the main Addons tasks and the former support tasks from Addon Team. This includes things such as skins, assets, save editing, local mods support, testing, QA, checklists, gathering information, collecting screenshots or issue details, and keeping Addons quality, accuracy and consistency high.

This makes the Addons Department easier to understand and avoids having too many small roles with overlapping tasks.

Logistics Department

In the Logistics Department, the role [DSP] Dispatcher has been merged into [LOD] Logistics Director.

This means that Dispatcher will no longer exist as a separate operative role.

Dispatch-related tasks will now be handled directly by the Logistics Director. This includes assigning jobs when needed, recommending routes, supporting logistics structure, tracking progress when required, closing out operations cleanly, checking and assigning driver ranks, and keeping logistics workflows organized.

This change helps make the Logistics Department simpler and more direct.

Development Department

The Development Department has also been adjusted and prepared for a clearer technical structure.

Instead of having one Development role responsible for every technical area, Development will now be prepared with specialized trusted technical roles:

• [BOT] Bot Developer • [WEB] Web Developer • [SYS] Systems Developer • [DEV] Development Director

These roles are trusted technical roles and are only assigned after Management review, because they may involve bots, systems, automations, permissions or other sensitive technical areas.

This also means that not every Developer has to do everything. A Bot Developer focuses on bots, a Web Developer focuses on web-related systems, and a Systems Developer focuses on systems, automations and technical workflows.

The Development Director remains the leading role for the Development Department.

Why We Made These Changes

These adjustments help us:

• reduce unnecessary roles • make responsibilities easier to understand • keep departments cleaner and better organized • avoid duplicated or overlapping tasks • prepare Kings Logistics better for future growth • make internal work clearer for current and future Staff members

Kings Logistics will continue improving step by step, both as a VTC and as a community.

It was important to us not only to improve structures and visual organization, but also to make sure that our rules reflect the current standards, direction, and professionalism of Kings Logistics in the best possible way.

we are happy to announce that the work on our Kings Logistics Community Discord has now been successfully completed. Since Monday, 18 May 2026, we have been working intensively on renewing, improving, and restructuring our Discord server. Our goal throughout this process was to make the server cleaner, more modern, easier to understand, and better organized for everyone — including our community members, Kings Drivers, and Staff Team.

Many areas have been updated, renamed, moved, merged, or rebuilt with better structures, especially through the improved use of forum channels. This helps us keep important information easier to find while also preventing the server from becoming overloaded with too many separate or unused channels.

As part of this update, we focused especially on a cleaner category structure, fewer duplicate or unnecessary channels, better use of forum channels, clearer public, driver, staff, and leadership areas, easier access to important information, and improved media, convoy, support, suggestion, role, and permission structures.

Our Public Media Area has been improved so that pictures, videos, clips, and community media can be posted and found more easily. Clearer areas now exist for Kings Event Media, External Convoy Media, ETS2 / ATS screenshots, clips and videos, Photo of the Month, and Gaming & Other Media.

We have also improved our community support areas. The support-chat is now a calm and respectful place for members who need someone to talk to or who are going through a difficult time, while the help-resources forum contains helpful support resources and crisis hotlines sorted by country. At the same time, we want to make it clear that Kings Logistics can support as a community, but is not a professional crisis service. 🫂

Our suggestions system has also been improved and moved into a cleaner forum structure. Members can now share ideas for events, routes, driver improvements, community ideas, rewards, and Discord improvements in a much more organized way.

Our own Kings Logistics convoys are now organized more clearly through forum posts, making it easier to manage and find information for Monthly Convoys, Night Convoys, Charity Convoys, Partner Only Convoys, Special Convoys, and Anniversary Convoys. Each convoy can now have its own post with all important details in one place.

In addition, external convoys are now organized in a simpler and cleaner way. Instead of long and complicated posts, external convoy information now focuses only on the most important details, such as the date, meeting time, departure time, our slot, and the event page. This makes it easier for Kings Drivers to quickly find all essential information while also making the work easier for the Event Team.

Driver- and logistics-related information has also been improved and organized more clearly. This includes better structure around Driver Progression, the Level System, Truck Assignments, the ETS2 / ATS structure, Trucky-related processes, and broader logistics workflows.

For our Staff Team, a new internal Team Guides system has been created. This area helps team members better understand their role tasks, responsibilities, reporting lines, department structure, leadership structure, and what is expected from each role.

The Event Operations area has also been cleaned up and structured better. Important existing areas such as the Convoys Forum and Invite Tracker remain in place, while other event-related content can now be handled more clearly through dedicated workspace and text areas.

Our Media & Design area has been improved so that projects, submissions, and brand assets can be organized more clearly. Projects and files can now be handled better through forum posts, helping keep tasks, drafts, feedback, files, final versions, and brand assets together in a cleaner way.

The internal Leadership & Department Structure has also been improved, and the role and permission structure has been reviewed and adjusted so that members only see the areas relevant to them while driver, staff, and leadership areas remain properly separated. Small access issues may still appear after the update, and members should contact us through the correct support channel or open a ticket if they believe something is missing.

With this convoy, we wanted to honor and appreciate our shared journey with Nova Era Transportes. For us, Nova Era was never just a partner. It was our longest official partnership, active since 09.05.2024, and over time it became far more than simple cooperation between two VTCs. It became a real connection built on trust, loyalty, respect, support, and friendship.

Back then, Kings Logistics was still a small, German-speaking VTC with only around 20 drivers. We were neither validated nor verified, and we were still far from being truly known or recognized anywhere. To be honest, at that time we were still “nobody” to many people. That is exactly why it means so much to us, even today, that Nova Era still gave us this chance and built a real partnership with us.

For me personally, and for Kings Logistics as a whole, Nova Era Transportes was the first partnership where we truly felt that the other side was not only thinking about their own VTC, but also about their partner. That is what made the difference for us. Nova Era did not only stand by Kings Logistics in difficult times, but also by me personally as CEO. That meant an incredible amount to me then, and it still means a lot to me today. That is why this connection was always much more than a normal collaboration between two VTCs.

Together with Inter Shipeados Logistica, with whom we have been official partners since 18.02.2025, Nova Era was one of our first and most important partnerships ever. These early partnerships showed us that real connections are not built on size, status, or reach, but on character, trust, and mutual reliability.

Especially Nova Era Transportes supported us during a time when many things were still uncertain. Without Nova Era, the path of Kings Logistics would most likely have been very different. They were there for us during a difficult phase for Kings — and that is something we will never forget. They did not just accompany us, but also made many things possible for us that we could never have achieved on our own.

Through our partnership with Nova Era, we were able to prove ourselves, become more visible, and gain the trust of other communities. They were one of the decisive reasons why we even had the opportunity to present ourselves to other partners and be taken seriously there. Especially in the South American and Latin American scene, this connection opened doors for us that would otherwise most likely have remained closed.

Because of this, we were able to build further strong partnerships — including our still very close and strong partnership with Inter Shipeados Logistica, as well as partnerships with Logística Sudamericana and Logística Norte. Beyond that, we were also able to build valuable connections with friendly VTCs such as Los Andes Unidos VTC.

Even if some of these partnerships and connections came later, partly after we had already become validated, we are certain that we would most likely never have received these opportunities in this form without Nova Era and Inter Shipeados Logistica. Even if we had continued to attend convoys, it would have been extremely difficult for us back then to build that level of trust and recognition if we had not already had Nova Era and SHL at our side as two such strong and genuine partnerships.

These experiences have shaped us until today. Much of what defines our current understanding of partnerships at Kings Logistics also grew out of our shared time with Nova Era. Our partnership program is not built around the idea that partnerships are just simple cooperation. For us, real partnerships are also real friendships — connections you can rely on in both good and difficult times.

Back then, we proved ourselves at every opportunity. We attended Nova Era’s convoys no matter what time they took place for us in Europe. We were there because this partnership truly meant something to us. And in the same way, Nova Era was there for us. This mutual reliability was something very special, and it remains part of what shaped us as a VTC.

We shared unforgettable moments together — on the road, during convoys, in conversations, and in times when mutual support mattered the most. These moments will always remain part of our history. No matter what the future brings or how paths may change: Nova Era Transportes is and will always remain a part of Kings Logistics, a part of our story, and a part of our journey.

That is why this convoy was not only a tribute to a partnership, but also a worthy and final closing line under a shared chapter that means an incredible amount to us. It was the end of one chapter, but never the end of the respect, gratitude, and connection that came from it.
