We kicked off the 1st quarter of 2024 by celebrating our 1-year anniversary since our VTC was established in January 2023. We celebrated by hosting our 1st public convoy which was a success. Thank you everyone who have been part of this journey since January 2024, and those who recently joined our team and those who have been part of this VTC since early 2023, your support is much appreciated. Management updates

Enzo left his position as Events organizer due to not having enough time for the VTC.

Mkhulu left his position as media manager due to academics.

Terric left his position as an Escorts leader due to academics.

Current IN AN OUT management team as of 1 April 2024.

IN AN OUT CARRIERS would like to thank the management team for making time to bring action packed events and activities to our drivers.

Drivers updates

Our HR team has recruited 31 new drivers since January 2024 and fired 36 drivers due to poor communication, ignorance and unavailability. Currently the VTC has 61 active employees including the management team.

Development team

As we journeyed through the 1st quarter of 2024, our development team brought 5 new trucks to the VTC. This include Mecedes Benz mp4, a new Volvo and a new Scania. A madala DAF and Renault magnum. See the Scania on the picture. Scania

Events updates

Our events team hosted 1 public convoy, 5 private convoys. and attended more than 15 public convoys hosted by other VTCs. We would like to thank everyone who attended our convoy and making them fun and interesting. We hosted our 1st bus convoy on the 28th of March 2024. We would like to thank our events team and escorts team for bringing such a wonderful event to our VTC. We are looking forward in hosting more public convoys in future.

Media team

Our media team put a large amount of posts on our Facebook, YouTube and TikTok providing convoy information, convoy pictures and videos and much more.

Facebook

Our Facebook page saw an immerse grow in number of followers with more than 200 new followers. The page is now sitting at 11400 + followers. Check our Facebook page here: FACEBOOK

Conclusion

Our VTC grown in the 1st quarter of 2024. This include hiring new drivers who are putting more effort for the success of our VTC. One of our proudest moment was getting validated on truckers mp on the 29th of March 2024. We will continue working tirelessly to bring more action packed events and convoys to our drivers. In An Out Carriers is a growing VTC with active drivers, regular convoys and much more. The VTC was founded on the 5th of January 2023 by Skhanda. It was created with an idea of having a very interesting and enjoyable team where everyone could enjoy being in a virtual world with minimal requirements while having fun with other truck simulator drivers.
