The support that we had on this june public convoy was amazing,out of all the vtcs only 1 vtc failed to attend but the rest of them were exploring the mountain with us 🤝🏻

also our drivers now they understand what's a convoy,what's expected to you during the convoy 🤝🏻 seems like our team is now improving this convoy was clean! no accidents along the way no drivers got banned since we were using a public server .

This Month was the difficult start for the Company,as we all know that every VTC's or Company we come across different challenges,that will lead to the company to take hard decisions in order to save the Company. After analyzing our performance and comparing with our vision,we are behind looking at our history and the current situation restructuring was necessary.

This month alone as the company we dismiss 30+ driver's this was not the easy decision.We had about 80+ driver's but checking our performance.you can see that something was wrong we had to find the solution fast.We believe the current team of driver's working as the family we gonna restore the driving force.

To all our drivers #Family let's continue working together with Management in all platforms this way I strongly believe we gonna achieve great things as we all share one vision one goal.

Before hitting the road with us, please ensure you've read and understood our company basics. These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience for all drivers. By following these basics, we can maintain a positive and productive community.

= Inactive Member Policy: Members who are inactive for more than 3 Months may be removed from the VTC. We understand that life can get busy, but we need active members who can participate in events and convoys.

= Application Process: All applicants must submit an application form, which will be reviewed by our management team. This ensures that all members meet our requirements and are a good fit for our Company.

= Convoy Rules: Follow all convoy rules and instructions provided by the convoy leader. This includes following designated routes, speed limits, and communication protocols.

= Professionalism: Participate in events and convoys in a respectful and professional manner. This includes using proper language, following instructions, and being considerate of other players.

= Communication: Use designated communication channels (e.g., Discord) for event and convoy communications. This helps keep communication organized and ensures that all members are on the same page.

= No Cheating:This include use of teleportation or other cheats that can disrupt the game.

= Safe Driving: Avoid reckless driving, ramming, or intentionally causing damage to other players' vehicles. We want to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all members.

= Disciplinary Actions: - Warnings: Members may receive warnings for minor infractions, such as speeding or not following convoy rules. - Suspensions: Members may be suspended for more serious infractions, such as repeated speeding or reckless driving. - Expulsion: Members may be expelled for severe or repeated infractions, such as cheating or harassment.

= Speed Limit: Members are required to drive at a maximum speed of 95-99 km/h. This is a safe speed to cruise at and ensures that all members can participate in events and convoys without issues.

= Job Stats: Only real job stats (95-99 km/h) are recorded. No race job stats (101 km/h) will be recorded, as these are not considered valid.

= Trucksbook: All drivers are required to have Trucksbook open in the background, as this will be the tool used to record your speed and kilometers. To ensure accurate tracking, please open Trucksbook first, then open the game.

= Company Skin: Members are required to use the company skin during events/convoys, as announced by management. This helps maintain a professional and uniform appearance for our community.

= Monthly Requirements: Drivers are obliged to complete a minimum of 90.000 km-month. This means daily target is 3000km in order to achieve 90 000km a month.Anything less than 90,000km or not recording for 2month will result in dismissal of that specific driver.

= Racing Limit: The maximum number of races (delivering an invalid job at 101 km/h) for each driver is capped at 5 for every new month. Exceeding this limit may result in disciplinary action.

= Company Trucks: Don't Customize Company trucks.

By following these rules, we can maintain a positive and enjoyable community for all members. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our management team.

we are happy to see our vtc growing day by day,this two drivers got tampted to join us while we were streaming on our Tik tok account.Mr Don ma 7 managed to recruit them on our live streaming till they managed to finish everything on our process of becoming one of our driver.

yesterday one of our management team was busy assisting this 2 drivers about how our tracking device software work and how you install it to be able to tracks all your deliveries for the day.

we hope this 2 drivers we I'll adapt on our strictly rules to make sure when driving u keep it under 100,as we all know that all drivers are expected to drive below 100 km/h to not record race trips

we are trying our best to run this vtc like a real company but still some of our drivers don't get it,is so sad to wake up in the morning and find out that one player left the vtc.

on our WhatsApp group community we have 5 community group one for drivers then one for board room then one for announcements and one for drivers hearing. we expected,the driver was expected to atleast request on our hearing group to explain y he is deciding to leave the vtc then from there we can let him to go but he never done such.

so we know that if we can do our own convoy on sunday we I'll get to know each other along the way as we all know that we normally use discord for communication this is how we gonna know each other when we talking along the way since the vtc is big an we still look forward to have more drivers or players to join us .

we noticed that some of our drivers are diving solo while we have many drivers some of them are just afraid to join discord because they are not used to their colleagues so we trying our best to make everyone feel free and enjoy to be part of this vtc

now we are happy about our drivers attendance since the vtc is foccusing more on truckers mp event's our drivers attendance is keep on increasing we look foward to bring more than 20 trucks on our future events when time's goes on.

and on our past few months seems like most of our drivers were driving reckless on events each and every events you may found out that 1 or w drivers were banned due to reckless driving,but now the number of bans on truckers mp is decreasing which is a good thing.
