Instant Editing is a Save Edit based discord server for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator They are known for its Friendly Community, numerous Staff Team Opportunities and its entertaining Events. Events are hosted monthly covering different areas such as Movie Nights, Game Nights and even Convoys!

Instant Editing was founded back in November 2022 by Ariana and was later opened to the Public in April 2023. They have gained hundreds of members, gained lots of support and learnt a lot along the way! We can't wait to see what the future holds!

This is the complete management team within NOWT, for the first time ever.

1. Stones is given a well-earned promotion to join forces with Richie within Ownership within NOWT, to efficiently run things to their maximum potential.
2. We will be expanding our roster of Event Team Managers in the future, as we are looking to stretch the workload over more individuals than just Jess at this time.
3. Our Community Manager position is an External Role, and the recent recruitment within that role is an external staff member.
4. The recent Promotion of both Flid and Stepke has come of one with Hard work and dedication. Thats what we are working towards within NOWT - Promoting hard work.

During this month, we had applications open for the Recruitment Team. So far, we had only 1 person join us and that is TheFlynner. He has multiple experiences in recruiting and dealing with drivers, therefore, we've decided to hire him! We have been very pleased with his work ethic so far as well :)

Holy smokes! Our convoy in August had 83 drivers and 22 VTCs. Isn't that CRAZY!!?!? However, we had 151 Drivers who marked themselves as attending our event and while we didn't get all of you to come, we are so appreciative of your support!

You thought that was crazy, let's talk about how NOTW hit 100 Drivers in the VTC. We started 7 months ago and would have never thought that this day would come. We are so very grateful for the continuous support. Since hitting 100 Drivers, our Owners had something to say about this:

Public Convoy

At the start of the month, we hosted our public convoy for November, and we had an amazing turnout with over 40 of you showing up! Thank you so much for such an amazing turnout!

For this month we took you on our first ever ProMods convoy, through the roads of rural Wales! Starting up north in Liverpool (England), we took a scenic route through some of the beautiful landscapes of Wales, ending in it's capital city of Cardiff. Let's take a look at what the media team captured, shall we?

Private Convoy

For this month's private event, we gave our drivers a real challenge... the Iceland death road! That's right, we drove right through the heart of Iceland on some of the trickiest roads in ProMods. Considering we drive for Nowt, I'd say it went pretty well!

Public Convoy

At the start of the month, we hosted our public convoy for August, and we had an amazing turnout with over 80 of you showing up! Thank you so much for such an amazing turnout!

You joined us for a beautiful drive through the scenic routes of Spain and Portugal, in the wonderful Iberia DLC. We took you through some of the most beautiful country roads and highways in the area. Let's take a look at what our media team captured at the event!

Private Convoy

Following up on a bit of an inside joke from last month's private convoy, we decided to name this one "Where the **** is Ausfahrt?" We drove around the wonderful highways of Germany for a bit, seeing if we could finally find this "Ausfahrt" place that all the signs lead to. We we're unsuccessful :(

This summer, we will be hosting our usual Charity Convoy at the start of July. This year, we have chosen to support MANUP? with our convoy.

At MANUP?, we are proud to be the only men’s mental health charity funding groundbreaking research by Dr. Susie Bennett at Glasgow University, focusing on why men are struggling with mental health issues. Beyond research, we provide free therapy group sessions for any man in need—always without charge. Social media plays a significant role, accounting for 60% of our work, where we primarily showcase male characters overcoming mental health problems, rather than suffering from them. This positive portrayal helps us collaborate with businesses, schools, the NHS, and other charities to break down the stigma around male mental health.
In addition to our social media efforts, we offer educational webinars, accessible to all, covering a range of men’s mental health topics. These sessions not only support men directly but also aim to educate others on how to listen better and foster deeper engagement with those struggling. We also organise regular events, both in-person and online, to raise awareness and reach places where social media might not, further promoting community support and involvement.

Since the start of our VTC, we have been hosting monthly convoys on the first Wednesday of every month. These have mostly been ETS2 convoys with 1 ATS and 1 ProMods. Recently, we've been discussing how we can level up our events game and provide a whole new experience for you to enjoy.

I don't know about you, but we love the ProMods map. This is why, we've decided that starting in February 2025, we will be hosting 2 events per month! The first of these, will be the usual ETS2 (or occasionally ATS) convoy on the first Wednesday of each month. We always try to get an event server for these convoys! The second of our monthly convoys, will be a ProMods convoy. It will always take place on the third Wednesday of each month.

For the time being we will continue hosting 1 private event each month on the last Wednesday, which might be a convoy, a race, or a fun minigame.

Hi everyone!

Nowt officially opened on January of 2024, and since then we've been on an amazing journey.

It's time to turn the page on a new chapter for Nowt VTC. In recent times, I've become increasingly busier and had an ever decreasing motivation to run this VTC...

Unfortunately, I have taken the decision to step down from my position of Owner at Nowt. I will be passing on the torch to Fr!et, and massively scaling down my responsibilities here at Nowt.

So what's next for Nowt? We're going back to how it used to be. A chill community where everyone is friends, and everyone can do as much or as little as they want. I won't speak much about our next steps though, as I think I will let Fr!et let you know his plans in due course.

Before signing off this message, I want to take a moment to reflect on and appreciate all of the amazing opportunities I've had as the owner of Nowt. From the events we've hosted, to the laughs we've had, but also the not so great times. Thank you all for being a part of such an amazing journey for me. I will NEVER forget this. It's been one of the most exciting things I've ever been a part of.

I'm not going far though! I will still be a member of Nowt, but what roles I will keep is still something I'm figuring out.

Wow.. we are lost for words.. On January 12th, 2024, we opened our doors to you.. and on May 15th, 2024 - Just short of four months after our launch, here we are with a blue tick.

A Recap

So whats been going on? How did we get here? Who are we?

In December of 2023, Richie Thomas (our owner) wanted to explore how he could peform by putting is Graphic Design skills to the test, and he thought being able to do this on a small little pet project VTC would be a great start. So he did it. We had the launch date set of January 12th, and off we went.

In January of 2024, We opened our doors to the public, and announced our Debut convoy. We reveled sneak peaks at our custom drivers hub being developed, and announced our first discord competitions. Notably our Screenshot of The Month and Driver of The Month. We additionaly hit our first partnership, Snowball Media. Who have assisted us in providing industry-leading media coverage since this date.

In Febuary of 2024, we opened our in-house event team applications to external and internal candidates for the first time, with hope to provide an in-house CC team for our future convoys. We additionally celebrated valentines day with our Discord members, and shortly after, decided to open Media Team applications! Nothing much happened during Febuary apart from business as usual. We just kept growing!

In March of 2024. By this time, we had amounted to over 50+ Internal staff members, with a total of 60+ members if you include our external teams. We hosted our first public convoy, on the 6th of March during this time too, and saw a whopping success! 55 Attendees, and it went smoothly! We have been amazed at what we have seen so far, but little did we know.. it would not stop there. We hosted various giveaways during March, and saw host to the first teaser of our in-house, completely custom job tracker. During the latter stages of the month, we announced a small management change-up, payed our respects to acesteely20, and on the very last day of the month; we brung you the NOWT Tracker, bang on the 31st!

In April of 2024, We announced a switch up. A rebrand to Uber?? APRIL FOOLS!!! (We wont ever let anyone buy the VTC). We played host to our second ever convoy, hosting 81+ Attendees! We ran our first in-house convoy this month, and it went well! With big thanks to various VTC's and various members for attending, we saw an amazing show-up! We also witnessed something amazing; TruckersMP's 10th Anniversary. We were overwhelmed by hearing your stories, and seeing how TruckersMP had changed your life in such a vast way. We loved seeing this. And at the very end of the month, we announced our latest partnership; GAAT - Let's see what this brings!

In May of 2024, We hosted our private convoy at the start of the month, seeing upwards of 115 players attending. And today, we can happily say we have a blue tick next to our name. WE DID A THING!!!

Wow.. What a journey so far... In only just a few months.. Let's see what happens next!

The most we can say right now, is just THANK YOU. Its because of you, your support, and your amazing help that we have got here. We love you all, and we cant wait to see what more we get up to!

Hey there! Stones8000 here. I am Nowt's Event Manager and I need your help! Nowt is looking to build an event team to provide Convoy Control at our events. If you have previous experience in Convoy Control, or even if you are just willing to learn, you would be a valuable team member here at Nowt and we can't wait to have you on board. As a part of the Event Team, your most important task will be doing Convoy Control at our events. This will mainly consist of loading saves and posting messages to direct the convoy, or maybe even being the lead or tail! If you don't understand that, don't worry! We will be able to assist you as much as you need to succeed here at Nowt and we will provide you with all the information necessary in order to make that happen.

Requirements

You must meet these to apply.

• Be aged 13 or over
• Be a member of our Discord Server
• Be able to communicate in English
• Have no more than 3 active bans on your TruckersMP account

Please note that this is an external position. So you do not need to be a driver! You can if you wish though.

Recommendations

Whilst not necessary, these are helpful to mention in your application.

• Previous experience in Convoy Control
• Good teamwork skills
• A working microphone
• Have Map Expansion DLCs
• Have ProMods

Our convoys take place on Wednesday Evenings at 20:00 GMT/BST - please do not apply if you won't be available at these times.

Hey there! Here's your May recap from Nowt's Event Management. Let's see what we got up to this month...

Public Events

At the start of the month, we hosted our May ETS2 event, and we had an amazing turnout with over 80 of you showing up! Thank you so much for such an amazing turnout!
For this event, we took the scenic route through Italy! We saw many beautiful beaches, lots of sun, and of course plenty of trucks. And the weather was beautiful!

Towards the second half of this month, we also hosted our monthly ProMods event! At Nowt, we love to carry out monthly ProMods events to showcase the brilliant work of the ProMods team. They do a wonderful job with their maps!
For the first time in Nowt history, we took you on a convoy through the beautiful scenery of one of ProMods' addons: The Great Steppe! You joined us on a stunning trip through Kazakhstan on this month's ProMods convoy!

Private Convoys

This month, we hosted a record breaking three private events! All of them took place on the TMP11 Freeroam server. They included:

NOWT Track Day, WITH COLLISIONS!
For this event, we took to the racetracks of Milestone Bay on the race track and dirt track! With no road rules and collisions enabled, we had loads of fun!

The NOWT Non-Collision Challenges!
This event consisted of trying to see how far we could get if we all left a Non-Collision Zone at the exact same time, and then stayed inside of each other. It went surprisingly well...

NOWT Cops & Robbers!
We took to the roads in Police cars and... stolen cars?! That's right - we spent an entire evening chasing each other around and called it Cops & Robbers

At the start of the month, we hosted our February ETS2 event, and we had an amazing turnout with over 50 of you showing up! Thank you so much for such an amazing turnout!
This month, we explored one of the newest DLCs in the game: the West Balkans. You joined us on this adventure through Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Albania! Is 4 countries in 1 convoy a Nowt record??? Now then, what did the media team capture?

Towards the second half of this month, we also hosted our monthly ProMods event! At Nowt, we love to carry out monthly ProMods events to showcase the brilliant work of the ProMods team. They do a wonderful job with their maps!
For the first in a series of monthly ProMods convoys, we took a route up Norway, with FIVE SECRET ROADS!?!? The route was quite literally is just a straight line... Maybe that means we could step on the gas? Only joking, it's actually quite a windy route - meaning Gecko crashed twice! Now then, what did the media team capture?

Private Convoy

At this month's private event, for the second time ever, we returned to the Scania Test Centre in Södertälje, Sweden! The city is located just south of Stockholm.
We tested you and your trucks in a variety of challenges, and just a whole load of fun.

Time to crunch some numbers! Here are some interesting statistics on other people's convoys that we attended during the month of February.

Total Convoys: Over the month of February, Nowt attended 16 convoys which weren't our own
Slots: We booked 14 slots for convoys in February

We're happy to announce that we're turning TWO on the 12th January 2026!!!!!!!!!!! This is an insane milestone that none of us EVER thought we would achieve. THANK YOU to all our Drivers, Staff, Management Team, and anyone else who has contributed to Nowt over the past 2 years. A VTC originally started by Richie as a joke, has now had 3 owners, including jess.thetrain, and now Fr!et. We've previously been a part of the Verified VTC scheme, and have taken part in hundreds of convoys! It's truly insane how much this has grown, and we seriously couldn't have done it without all of your support! Let's make this our best event yet.

Each winner will receive a £4 steam gift card! For the VTC prizes, it is up to the individual VTC's Management Team to decide who will receive the gift card.

Prizes will be judged by the Management Team, potentially with the help of the Event Team who are there on the day, if we have a lack of Management team available. (For obvious reasons "Most VTC attendance" will not be "judged" since it is decided by the number of drivers who show up)

Standby Convoy Control

Over the past few weeks, we have been in discussions with Standby Convoy Control on a merger agreement.

We are pleased to say that NOWT is going to be taking Standby Convoy Control under its wing, and any External & Internal members that can be, will be transferred across!

We look forward to see how the partnership between NOWT, and the people at Standby Convoy Control turns out, and we thank them for giving us the ability to take them under our wing.

Things have changed around here. I'm sure you're probably already aware of what's happened so I won't bore you with that, but in case you've been living under a rock I'll quickly outline what happened. Richie, the owner of Nowt, decided it was best he leave the company and hand it over to me. If you'd like to see why he's made this decision, he posted about it in our Discord server which you can join and take a look at the announcements channel!

It's definitely hard going from being the idiot who runs the events and makes sure nothing goes astronomically wrong to having the full responsibility of a Verified VTC with over 100 drivers on my back, especially when losing 3 members of the management team at the same time. I'll be trying my best to keep this thing running for as long as I can, but I'll need help! We're looking to recruit a new Media Manager at the moment. The details of that can also be found in our Discord server.

I'm sure you can all agree that we'll miss having Richie at Nowt, it's a shame to see him go. We'll miss driving with him at public and private events. But we also wish him all the best for the future, and all the best on his journey around Europe.

I just finally want to extend my greatfulness for all our staff, drivers, partners, fellow VTCs, and all the members of the TruckersMP community who support us. We couldn't do it without you.

Hopefully we'll see you on the roads soon!

GOOD NEWS! Joining the event team just got easier - and we can't wait to have you on board!

After a review of our application by Event Management, we decided that the current application was too long, and let's be honest, no-one wants to spend ages filling out an application just to copy and paste at a convoy

We've massively simplified the application, so now there are only two required paragraph-y-style questions fors you to answer! We don't expect much in thee boxes either, about 1 paragraph usually does the trick.

Enjoying the 1.50 update so far? Good, we are too! We can't wait for TruckersMP to support the update. However, this will require a few changes on our end too...

• The route and slots for our Summer Charity Convoy are being redone! Please expect Event Management to be in touch in the coming weeks if your VTC has signed up to this event.
• The route for our June ATS Convoy has also slightly changed.
