== GENERAL RULES == • All drivers must follow the official TruckersMP rules at all times • Respect fellow VTC members, public TMP players, and event organizers • Maintain professionalism in-game and on all platforms where you represent the VTC • Use clean usernames and avoid offensive or political symbols in your profile • Always act in a way that upholds the reputation of Shaheen Haulers • Toxicity, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will result in immediate removal

== CONVOY BEHAVIOR == • Use [SHAHEEN] as your in-game tag during all official convoys and events • Use the official Shaheen Haulers paintjob (Bubbles livery or assigned scheme) • Do not overtake during convoys unless given permission by convoy control • Maintain safe following distance and lane discipline • Flash headlights or honk only when appropriate — avoid spam or disruption • Use CB/voice chat respectfully — no loud music or shouting • Follow route and speed instructions from the convoy leader and event staff • If you disconnect or crash, rejoin carefully from the rear of the convoy • Do not block roads, roundabouts, fuel stations, or event areas

== DISCORD ETIQUETTE == • Be respectful to all members — senior or new • Use appropriate channels for topics (memes, events, help, etc.) • Avoid spamming emojis, caps, or off-topic messages in convoy/event channels • Voice chat is optional but recommended during convoys • Use only Urdu or English in main text/voice channels • No advertising other VTCs or Discord servers without permission • Report any abuse or issues to the staff team privately

== ACTIVITY & ATTENDANCE == • Drivers are expected to attend at least 1 convoy per week if active • If inactive for more than 7 days, notify in #inactive or inform staff • Long-term inactivity (15+ days) without notice may result in removal • Active members will get priority in promotions, media features, and staff consideration • All members must check #announcements regularly to stay informed

== MEDIA & CONTENT USAGE == • By participating in events or voice, you consent to being featured in TikTok clips or VTC content • You can tag us using #ShaheenHaulers or @shaheen.vtc on TikTok • Feel free to record or stream your convoy footage — just use the VTC tag and credit the community
