NAFO is brand new VTC in the community, our main goal is to grow to one of the largest and highest earning VTCs in the game using pro drivers and logging our work on VTlog, at the same time we want provide new and casual players a company to make them feel welcome and to allow them to find like minded truckers to convoy with.

As this is the very first news post and the company is only me and my brother ( who is a truck driver IRL ) we don't have much to report on but please if you're looking for a home feel free to apply.

Things have slowed down now due to us finding our feet, we have noticed our Events invitations is over flowing so we have changed how people invite us

The Pro Driver and Casual Driver roles will be changed into a driver rank system allowing us to know who are the better driver and whos systems run the game well

We are in need of HR staff still too so please recruit recruit recruit XD

A new role will be coming to NAFO "News Reporter"

Finely were working on a way to get our drivers more active on our pages as currently there is not much communication between members

Its been around 3 weeks and we have 10 members this is fantastic for us were one of the fastest growing VTCs currently and i plan to keep that up!

We have also joined many convoys with other VTCs and we have made an impression so keep it up.

It wont be long now till we are validated.

Last but not least we plan to attend multiple Events from now on so if you can make it that would be great and make sure your truck looks clean and at its best when attending!

We are at 17 members everyone these means were only 3 away till I can apply for validation this will help us greatly towards our main goal of getting validated.

The last week has been a pleasure for me to see us nearly double in size and you're all great drivers I'm so glad you will get to join me on this adventure. We have two new members of staff Taylor who is our new multimedia manager and Maksymilian2 who joined the media team congrats guys.

I grew up in the trucking world with my DAD through the 90s but sadly he passed away in 2000, i went to school and collage but dropped out to work in the pub industry (massive regret) i later became a scaffolder then a fish monger

My hobbies are gaming, fossil hunting and hiking

I still hold out hope of a family but i know if not i have friends all around me to support me and i plan to not go anywhere soon XD

In other News we have discovered Trucksbook could be crypto farming, an investigation is currently ongoing. We have found that when removed from a system the system runs better so if all drivers and staff could remove trucksbook and let me know how much improvement you got that would be great

Recruitment Drive! Drivers are needed to get us to the 60 mark so please try to pair up and get out there! Im now going to get our Translators to start building their divisions this should open up the player base for us. We still need a German and Italian translator so please focus on Germany and Italy.

Pro Drivers update! I'm close to finishing up my vision for the pro driver role. It will be a progression system so you will start with a DAF XD (baby DAF!) and will have to achieve a pre set amount of miles to unlock the next Rank, once all ranks are achieved you will unlock the Pro Vet Driver Role which will be a badge of honour in the VTC and will unlock a few exclusive benefits. I'm hoping to have it fully active by Monday

Driver of the Month! tomorrow we start our Driver of the Month which is open to both Pro and Casual

General update! Well guys! were killing it we are nearly at 40 members which is amazing and weve had zero complaints regarding our Driving, so amazing! We have attended a few Events which for the most part has gone great and we have many Events lined up! I plan to contact a few VTCs to ask if we can help with their Events before we attempt to do our own.

We have had our first problem members who were dealt with quick and responsibly and have been blacklisted by the community for what they did while in our VTC. That being said please be 100% honest with NAFO Staff we are good people and will help you anyway we can but if you brake the rules we will come down on you :)

I honestly see us becoming one of the most respected VTCs if we stay focused on being community first so if you see a bad driver or someone struggling as them to join NAFO so we can make them a better Driver and make the community stronger!

We did and we did it in record time :) great work everyone and thank you to the VTCs that have supported us. Now were Validated things are likely going to speed up our ad is live on TMP discord. We have opened Staff roles and now will set up our Pro drivers membership. For the next week or two we will be adjusting the company and updating everything we will also be doing more photo shoots and videos to create content for our pages and youtube. Finely we are now starting to brain storm Event ideas and im also going to request that our staff can assist other VTCs events giving us experience for our own ones in the future
