Fader1 more than deserved this, After Supporting Northwind for months with high-stakes podium places, supporting with revenue, and clamped down in this month to be the perfect month to shine, it's honestly incredible to see his Work Ethic for Northwind, and we couldn't be any prouder!

NeoCrime is a Ukrainian Virtual Trucking Company founded on January 8, 2026, by its owner F4DED. Despite being a relatively new company, NeoCrime has been developing rapidly and continues to grow its community of passionate virtual drivers.

The company brings together players who share a passion for trucking, teamwork, and exploring the roads of Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator in multiplayer through TruckersMP. NeoCrime aims to create a friendly and active environment where drivers can enjoy the game together while representing the company on the roads of Europe.

NeoCrime actively participates in the TruckersMP community. Our drivers regularly attend public convoys and large-scale events organized by other VTCs, proudly representing the company and building connections within the community.

In addition to participating in external events, NeoCrime also organizes its own convoys and community events, bringing together drivers from different companies to enjoy well-organized journeys, social interaction, and the true atmosphere of virtual trucking.

Our 2025 Driver of the Year winner, Expresswave ^^ knocked it right out of the park by achieving both milestones in one month, while only doing so in just 38 jobs. His dedication to logging miles in our VTC is just unreal, and for that reason, he has been recognized as Driver of the Month for April 2026. Congratulations! Currently sitting 2nd place on Truckershub during this month—during a well-deserved "cooling-off" period after our massive community push for 1st Place i nthe first time in our history, mentioned in our previous recap when we smashed ridiclious amount of records, that were only made last December!— I’ve been looking back at our history, It’s amazing to realize that the journey we’ve carved out is nothing short of legendary, and to see the stable community we are today!

We started this journey hitting just 150k to 250k kilometres a month as a 10 member VTC. But we didn't stay "small" for long. As we grew past our Validation Status, we became an underdog VTC of only 48 to 60 drivers , and we showed the Truckershub world our spirit—battling much larger companies to blast past 1.5 million + kilometres and secure our first 3rd and 2nd place global podiums in 2 months in a row, We proved early on that NorthWind doesn't back down from a fight.

We had a few cooling off periods after our amazing pushes for 3rd place with 48 drivers with 1.6 million on May 2025, June 2025 reaching 2nd place with just over 1.7 million with 60 drivers, then, building for 5 months reaching casual driving limits anything from 700k-1.2 million outside of top 3 places, With more event focuses, community drives, and aiming to challenge for Verification what we had struggle to get even with our efforts, we kept that momentum rolling into December, where we went into pure grind mode to blast our old records and set a new standard for what we could achieve in the future. But even that was just the beginning of our consistent podium place's push.

Everything we built—every mile, every late-night run, every morning run, every meetup in the evening for a drive or a C-D, every singleplayer driver supporting, and even our casual drivers driving themselves enjoying there time, and every new recruit—led us to the mountain top in March. Going from 7th in January 2026 with 1.3 million, to achieve nothing less then 2nd place podium finishes with anything over 1.8 million in a month, and of course along side a 1st place that we hope to get again of course , it shows our natural activity as a steady growing community.

We didn't just hit 1st PLACE IN THE TRUCKERSHUB WORLD in March; we did it by smashing our all-time mileage record once again from December. It wasn't just the "grinders" this time; it was a total community effort with everyone involved to support the company with not a single driver over 180k, showing it went from grinders from 48-60 drivers, from 100 drivers, to now a total community effort, we should really be proud of our month of march, cause as the Owner I know I am impressed from where we have come as a VTC, and with our fantastic mileage statistics that absolutely everyone has worked hard for and assisted us.

Because of that grit from the past, averaging over 2 million twice and hitting that World #1 spot, we have pushed our career monthly average to over 1.1 million kilometres since the very start of northwind until now, Think about that: through every holiday, exam season, and our relaxing 700-800k months, averaging 150-400k at the start whilst we went from 0 drivers to where we are today, we have made it possible that we now average seven figures every month since Northwind Opened, averaging over a million kilometres a month! That really shows the efforts we put in to climb and reach that amazing margin we have Today, we are easily hitting 1.5 million kilometres minimum in a "chill" month - our "casual" pace is aiming to be higher than our old underdog records whilst we was actively grinding, from just us doing our normal C-D's, attending events, or just our normal Driving, what shows our activity as a growing group, Our Legacy, Our Name is worldwide globally known within TRUCKERSMP, thanks to all of us, and it'll only get higher and higher the more we grow and keep our fantastic 80% VTC engagement! To this very second and time and say that I have posted this news post, we are currenlty on 19,597,793KM in just 15 and a half months as a VTC

I couldn’t be more proud of the legacy we’ve built. From a 0 member VTC, to becoming a actively grinding from a 48-60-man squad to a 184-member global powerhouse, thank you for making NorthWind a name the whole TMP world respects. - It wouldn't have been possible without any of you here in Northwind today, Our drivers and staff are what makes us!

We had done 14 giveaways, for our drivers, done through wheel spin competitions, random nitro drops, and a DLC bought for a individual for act of kindness, this is what Northwind is about, Family, kindness and caring vibes , All of these below are all within the last couple days, not including any others we have done in the past Only within the Month of March!

Our giveaway we hosted, we had given drivers 16 hours who were active within that day to mark for there appearance for our giveaway, and within 16 hours, less then a day, we had 90 people confirm there markings to join the giveaway- thats 50% of the VTC, all within 16 hours - with us being international also, that achievement is honestly incredible, and I cant believe the activity and engagement we have in this VTC, it is truly outstanding! WOW, LIKE REALLY WOW! WHAT A WAY TO END THE YEAR, BREAKING 7 RECORDS THIS MONTH, THE MOST WE EVER HAVE, BREAKING 6 PERSONAL NORTHWIND RECORDS, AND ONE MILAGE STATISTIC SECOND HIGHEST EVER PLACEMENT FOR 2ND PLACE!

Many of us have completed, or ARE completing the World Of Trucks event, or just casually cruising enjoying our discovery, making many turns at once to discover all the rest stops and the fuel stations

Sadly TruckersMP have been suffering severe DDOs attacks the last 2 days, what has been a struggle to connect, let alone play on the servers, But as the days go by and time flying by, we are all enjoying the bran new DLC what created a activity of 30+ Northwind drivers logging a job (at least 1) in one day, is a fantastic daily activity rate, and is something we are impressed for.

What wasnt mentioned in October Recap:

Reaching over a million, 1,136,731KMS, since june, a fantastic achievements and its nice to see our drivers getting back into the competing actions, back into the top 10, with a 9th place finish!

This was northwinds most active month in HISTORY WITH 68 PEOPLE LOGGING a job! Our highest before was in June, when we got 2nd place with over 1.8 million, we may not be as active in grinding / KMS, but we are showing constant activity on the road, what eventually will lead to us competing more and more, just by growing and having more drivers, instead of needing to grind, what will be a fantastic achievement! Couldnt be more thankful to @everyone in our VTC for being apart of this!!

Despite having quite a few issues with events this month (an unstable event server and a series of updates ruining CC saves, to name a few), we've managed break a lot of new ground this month!

Lz_TMP[UK] Birthday MONTH Convoy | NørthWind Monthly Convoy #6

Our #6 Monthly Convoy came with an unstable server that had it so where your game would crash when there were a lot of players nearby, but it marks the 1st time we've used our in-house CC group, NørthWind Convoy Control, to supervise a convoy on an event server. Since starting NWCC in August 2025, we have become fully operational with 14+ External and Internal CC team members as of writing this, and now, we can start lending our services to other VTC events in need of Event Supervision.

NørthWind | Halloween Convoy #1

On the 17th of the same month, we hosted a Halloween themed event. As mentioned before, a series of updates from both SCS and TMP ruined our saves, and the timing meant there was no time to recreate them. With a bit of quick thinking by switching to a Rolling CC setup, and a lot of help from our GM Support for that day, ItzKieren, and our partners at Twisted Transport, we've managed to pull it together and make a great convoy out of an otherwise bad situation!

• TruckersMP account must have been held for at least 3 months

• You must be willing to use the Navy Cargo Paint Job on TruckersMP during events where Navy Cargo is officially attends.

• You must be willing to use the Navy Cargo tag in TruckersMP at all times.

• You must be willing to protect the reputation of Navy Cargo. This includes, but is not limited to, respecting TruckersMP rules, driving professionally and having a positive, respectful and helpful attitude towards the community.

• Despite the rather high cargo damage compared to one competitor and less jobs completed and les cargo mass than another, the fact that Expresswave ^^ held an impressive 40,000 km lead over 2nd place cannot be ignored, that's why they deserve Driver of the Month for the month of September.
