My name is Toth, though most people call me Nancy instead of Toth. I’m 20 years old and come from Beijing, the capital city of China.

I joined Northern Express on January 11, 2025, as an Events Manager. In this role, I mostly work behind the scenes — handling ticketing systems, posting our official events, sending notifications for internal convoys, and managing our CC team.

I’m also is a Community Moderator & Support Team at TruckersHub, helping ensure all users follow community guidelines and We also provide all the support you need when using TruckersHub.

It's that time again, a new guest and therefore a new story for you. Have fun with our guest 'Leftlane and let's go!

Howdy Nørthern Express and TruckersMP community as well,
My name is 'Leftlane, many of you will also know me by my previous name .čanix, or by my real name Marlon. Currently, I am 19 years old and come from near Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, and am currently attending the 12th grade at a business school. After I expect to pass my high school diploma in May, I will begin my apprenticeship as a train driver at Deutsche Bahn. In my free time, I do many different things, such as going to the gym, meeting up with friends or family, playing computer games, or just relaxing and watching Netflix/YouTube :D
I’m a game moderator at TruckersMP and have been part of the team since June 19, 2024. I make sure that the rules on our game servers are followed so that you have the best possible gaming experience. At Nørthern Express, my journey began on January 3, 2025, and until a month ago, I was leading my own team (Public Relations Team) as Senior Public Relations Manager. My responsibilities included managing the team in general, ensuring that posts were published on our socials in a timely manner and with the desired quality, and other similar tasks. Since last month, I have been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and support the leadership team in a wide variety of tasks to ensure that all areas here run in the best possible way for all of us so that we can all have a pleasant time together. So if you have any questions, requests, or other concerns, please feel free to write to me at any time, and I will be happy to answer as quickly as possible.

Another year, another Stars that Shine edition but this time #10! And now, ladies and gentlemen, we finally have our founder Maxi. here for you!

Hey everyone, My name is Maxi, also known as Maxi. or itsmaxxiiii. I'm from the beautiful north of Germany, from Hamburg, I'm the founder of the VTC and TruckersMP Report & Community Moderator.
I'm 20 years old and will be celebrating my 21st birthday in 2026. I have many hobbies: I enjoy working, spending time outdoors in nature, doing sports and,of course, spending some time on the PC in the TruckersMP community.
In TruckersMP, I'm often on the virtual roads, participating in events and supporting in the CC or media team. In the TruckersMP team itself, i'm responsible for moderating the Discord server, the streaming platforms and reviewing reports. This means that i check submitted reports and help to keep the community safe and fair. Besides gaming, i also enjoy travelling around Hamburg and the surrounding area. i would like to become more active again in social media content in the future, such as Twitch streams and Instagram. In our VTC, I keep track of everything that happens in the team. This includes management and leadership discussions about innovations, changes and organisational issues. It is important to me that everyone is doing well and that we have a good collegial atmosphere in the team. In short, I make sure that everything runs smoothly. What makes our VTC special is that we have deliberately given our managers a lot of freedom since the company was founded. We only set a small guideline, and then they can work independently and make decisions. This ensures a more relaxed working environment, a good workflow and a team that really works together. New members can get involved right away and show what they can do. Anyone who wants to can develop from staff member to manager, which is an attractive incentive for many. Our managers make sure that everything remains structured but relaxed.
My journey to ETS2 and TruckersMP began in 2012 with German Truck Simulator. In 2016, I moved on to Euro Truck Simulator 2. In 2019, a VTC showed me how to install TruckersMP, and I've been part of the community ever since. Over the years, I have played the game for more than 13,500 hours (as of 2026). In 2024, I finally joined the TruckersMP team as a Community Moderator. This was a real milestone for me, as I had long wanted to contribute actively to punishing rule violations and keeping the community safe. I'm proud of my journey, the goals I've achieved, and the development of our VTC. Together with smoudus, Leftlane, and Blackmonster, the idea of starting our own VTC came about spontaneously back then. No pressure, no "you must" just a place to have fun. At the time, I never imagined that such a spontaneous idea would turn into something like this, but I'm very happy to see how it has developed, which makes me happy every day. For me, teamwork is the key to success.

Christmas Season 2025 - Lovely Words

As you have probably noticed, the days have been getting shorter and shorter until it gets dark outside, as well as getting colder and colder, and friends and families are spending time at the Christmas markets. This clearly shows us how much the winter season is in full swing.

The last gifts will be bought today or tomorrow at the latest, and many Christmas markets will even close in the coming days. Have you already bought all your gifts for your friends and family? If not, don't worry, I also bought mine at the last minute just a few hours ago :D

Tomorrow is that special day again: Christmas, December 24, 2025. Even if you don't celebrate Christmas, it's a holiday where families and friends come together to spend time together, and that's what Christmas is all about. It's not just the gifts we give each other, but also the time we spend with our loved ones.

Hello everyone, my name is Sääm and I've been a proud member of our VTC since 1 June 2025. As part of the media team, I have made it my mission to capture our shared experiences in expressive images and to present the special moments of our virtual trucker life in the best possible light.
For me, our VTC is much more than just a group of drivers - it is a close-knit community in which every individual is valued. Here, members are actively addressed, concerns are always listened to and you can feel that TOGETHER is of the utmost importance. Whether a fresh newcomer or an experienced veteran - everyone is welcomed and given a permanent place in the team.
What is particularly important to emphasise is that real life always takes priority. We all know that behind every screen there are people with commitments, families and everyday lives. No one is put under pressure - on the contrary: there is understanding, consideration and the certainty that we are strongest as a community when everyone is doing well. For me, this attitude makes our VTC a place where people enjoy being involved and feel at home.

We’re back with this month with a Stars that Shine post. This time, we’re featuring Felix, our Driver and Event Assistant. Let’s learn more about him and see what he has to share!

Hello everyone! I'm Felix, 17 years old, and I come from western Germany.
Comparatively speaking, I'm still relatively new here at Nørthern Express. Nevertheless, I already take on essential tasks and support the event team with their work. I've been driving the roads of Euro Truck Simulator 2 for 6 years now, both in single-player and multiplayer. The reason I joined Nørthern Express is that my original VTC was dissolved in 2024, and after taking a break, I decided to join such a community again. Since then, I've been back on the roads of Europe for several hours, enjoying the time I spend with other members of the VTC. Besides ETS2, I've been programming for many years, focusing on game development as well as bot development. Outside the online world, I work in emergency services for disaster relief. If everything goes according to plan, I'll be starting my training as an emergency medical technician in a year and will actively enter the medical field. I hope that with this post, I was able to give you more insight into my life as well as my work at Nørthern Express. I'm happy to be part of this great community and to be on the virtual roads together with you all. If you have any questions or simply want to drive together sometime, feel free to reach out to me – I always look forward to new acquaintances and join tours. See you on the road!

We’re back with a new Stars that Shine post. This time, we’re featuring Nyrøciel., our Public Relations Manager. Let’s learn more about him and see what he has to share. Let’s get started!

Hi everyone, I'm Nyrøciel, 20 years old and from western Germany.

I'm relatively new to this haulage company – although it's been almost five months now. I've been playing ETS2 for almost 9 years. I've been active on TruckersMP and in the ‘virtual haulage world’ for 5 years now. I was part of the FoxLog Group for 2 years, where I also worked in management, after which I moved on to 2 other international haulage companies before finally ending up here. In the meantime, I was completely inactive for half a year, which is why I created a new TMP account. But that's now a thing of the past and I want to spend many more great years with ETS, even though I may be less active from year to year as I get older and my private life becomes more important and my school days are finally over!

But now back to me. I am currently studying to become a police officer and, if all goes well, I will be one in 2.5 years. I am also passionate about playing handball and love going on holiday, especially to the beach and the mountains. That's why I prefer destinations in Austria and Switzerland. If I have time and the weather is good, sport is also very important to me, whether it's going for a run or going to the gym, there's always something to do. ^^

I hope you've gotten to know me a little better now, and maybe we'll see each other on the streets sometime, whether in real life or in the game, who knows ;)

We’re back with a new Stars that Shine post. This time, we’re featuring zGruener, our Event Manager / Human Resources. Let’s learn more about him and see what he has to share. Let’s get started!

Hey everyone, I'm Gruener, Zett Gruener, a chill guy from Switzerland with an Italian heart. I've been working in HR since May and I am now new to event management.

I have been interested in trucks since childhood, which is why I have owned ETS since around 2016 and have been on TMP since 2017. In 2024 & 2025, I obtained my real-life truck driving licence and have been driving around the Swiss countryside ever since. I joined Northern Express at the beginning of the year with the aim of sharing my enthusiasm for realistic driving and trucks with others. As I love realism and heavy machinery, I almost always drive heavy goods vehicles, and when the hazard lights are on and Hardtekk is running, I feel at home.

With my new position in event management, I will bring my personal strengths to the team so that we, as the NE event team, can organise VTC convoys where everyone will have fun and enjoy driving.

Everyone feels at home at NE because we are an international haulage company with a wide variety of people of all languages, ages and interests, and we have few rules.
