Constructive feedback was encouraged, allowing members to voice their opinions and contribute ideas for improvement. A major portion of the meeting focused on setting realistic and motivating goals for the second half of the year. These included launching new events to boost community involvement, enhancing our branding and media presence, strengthening internal communication, and exploring collaborations with other VTCs.
