• Estimated Distance: Around 1,110 km

The convoy will depart from Hannover, one of Germany's central logistics hubs. After eating up the asphalt for approximately 1,110 kilometers, the trucks will conquer challenging roads before wrapping up their journey at the SteinBruch quarry site in Mannheim. The steep and winding layout of the SteinBruch site is bound to deliver an exciting finale to the convoy.

Massive Turnout with 44 Dedicated VTC Slots

The most striking detail showcasing the sheer scale of this organization is the map's layout. The Wortex Group management has meticulously prepared 44 dedicated VTC parking areas (slots) for visiting teams. The elite crews of the Virtual Trucking Company community will take their designated spots to share in Wortex Group's milestone day.

In order to provide our valuable participants with the smoothest and most enjoyable driving experience, our team has swiftly revised the convoy route in accordance with the brand-new map modifications.

Here are the key highlights of the updated event:

New Route: Exploring Brand-New Roads!

Turning the TruckersMP map updates into an exciting advantage, the Wortex Group management has redesigned the itinerary with an approach fully focused on exploring the newly added roads.

• Previous Route Distance: 997 km

• Updated Route Distance: 922 km

With minor adjustments, the route has been optimized to 922 kilometers, incorporating the freshest and most up-to-date roads on the map into our convoy line. This not only enhances the driving dynamics but also offers the community a fresh map to discover together.

Slots and Event Details Remain Unchanged

To ensure none of our participating Virtual Trucking Companies face any inconvenience, the replanning has been handled with maximum care:

• Slot Reservations: No changes have been made to any VTC slot allocations. Every team will take their place exactly where previously assigned.
• Event Schedule & Timings: All other technical details, including the event date, meetup, and departure times, remain completely unchanged.

In a display of strategic logistics planning, the convoy kicked off simultaneously from two different hubs. Participating teams gathered at their specially designated slots in the cities of Munich and Innsbruck.

By 17:00 UTC (20:00 TSİ), hundreds of trucks filled the meetup areas, creating a visual feast with their striking custom modifications and company colors. Following an hour of meticulous preparation and coordination, the wheels officially began to turn at 18:00 UTC (21:00 TSİ).

Route Details and Challenging Bends

• Starting Locations: Munich & Innsbruck (Slot Areas)
• Destination: Klagenfurt am Wörthersee (Kathode Company)
• Total Distance: 720 km

The 720-kilometer route, winding through the breathtaking landscapes of the Alps, offered both a scenic visual treat and a test of the drivers' steering skills. The final destination for the convoy was the Kathode company premises in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. The excitement reached its peak as all trucks successfully and smoothly made it to the final parking zones.

Ensuring that such a massive organization ran flawlessly on a dedicated Event Server was only possible thanks to the disciplined work of the professional crews behind the scenes.

The convoy’s safety, lane discipline, and intersection management were orchestrated by some of the virtual trucking world's most experienced escort teams:

• Konvoy Kontrol Elite and Real Ops Fox-Log Real Ops delivered a flawless display of traffic management throughout the journey.
• Intersections were closed ahead of time, and potential accidents or bottlenecks were swiftly prevented through professional intervention.

Thanks to the outstanding performance of these crews, no major disruptions occurred along the 720 km route, allowing all participants to enjoy a safe and smooth driving experience.

This release, expected to generate significant community interest, also provides important clues about future Road Rhythm content.

To ensure more organized, high-quality, and sustainable events within the community, the following rules have been put into effect:

&5.26 Teams wishing to utilize services such as Convoy Control or Media within Wortex Group are only allowed to choose one service. A team that chooses Convoy Control cannot utilize any other service in addition.

&5.27 Event routes must be planned to be a minimum of 600 km and a maximum of 1200 km. Convoys that do not meet these criteria will not be allowed to participate in order to ensure efficient use of the designated days and times.

&5.28 Convoys requesting event servers must have a planned, organized, and quality-standard-compliant slot layout. Events deemed disorganized, unplanned, or lacking sufficient experience will not be allowed to participate.

&5.29 If a member of another team, acting as an authorized person or driver, sends a convoy invitation on behalf of a different team, that invitation will not be accepted.

&5.30 In events with 30 or more slots, if the departure time exceeds 30-45 minutes, Wortex Group Company will not participate in the convoy.

All teams are kindly requested to take these rules into consideration. These criteria are implemented to improve event quality and provide a more efficient experience for all participants.
