April 2026 is approaching. For the Euro Truck Simulator 2 China Gongchi Team, this month marks the three-month milestone since its establishment and a new starting point for its development from an initial stage to a standardized one. Since the team's establishment, it has grown from a small group to nearly 80 members, overcoming many challenges. During this period, the iteration of the management department and the optimization of the senior structure have made the operation more efficient. Adhering to the concept of "Brothers Co-Racing", we have worked together to resolve difficulties, turning "Co-Racing" from a slogan into a belief shared by all team members.

At present, the team has gradually matured. Nearly 80 members have gathered out of love and stayed together with the original intention. We adhere to the people-oriented principle, build a warm and cohesive team family, and uphold the belief that "There is no lifelong game, only lifelong brothers", gathering the core strength for development.

To stimulate the team's vitality, the team will launch an updated reward system in April. Following the principles of "fairness, impartiality and openness", the new system refines standards, enriches forms, covers dimensions such as intermodal performance and activity participation, recognizes the efforts of every team member, and creates a good atmosphere of "learning from each other, catching up with each other and helping each other".

At 19:00 on March 6, 2026 (Beijing Time), the opening ceremony of the first public event of China Gongchi Team in Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) was successfully concluded on the dedicated game server. As an important debut of China Gongchi Team in the field of ETS2 simulation driving, this event focused on industry linkage, successfully gathering 16 well-known domestic teams and communities to participate, injecting new vitality into the exchange and cooperation of the domestic ETS2 industry, and demonstrating the standardized development trend and strong cohesion of China's ETS2 simulation driving community. Hosted by China Gongchi Team, this opening ceremony strictly followed industry activity standards and adhered to the core development concept of "Making Friends Through Trucks, Co-driving for Win-Win". Through a series of preliminary preparations such as precise planning, special server debugging and process detail optimization, the event was ensured to be carried out efficiently and in an orderly manner. The 16 invited teams and communities cover both established backbone and emerging high-quality forces in the industry, specifically: China Dingsheng Team, China ACC Team, Eternal Faith Community, Green Leaf Logistics, China Qiyuan, Tianyi International Logistics, China Dongfeng Transportation, Fuxing Team, Wanfeng Team, Qicheng Logistics, Top Team, RMI Team, China Xuetu Team, Lutu Team, Xingyu Logistics, and Peak Community, with the lineup covering diverse development entities in the domestic ETS2 circle.

At the event, the person in charge of China Gongchi Team delivered a special speech on the team's establishment philosophy, operation mode and future industry cooperation plans, expressed sincere gratitude for the support of all invited units, and clearly proposed to take this event as an opportunity to promote the integration and coordinated development of domestic ETS2 team resources. 当日北京时间 19:30，车手们准时集结，整齐队列在汉诺威形成壮观景象。出发后，双方车手展现高专业素养，平直路段齐头并进，过弯及坡道路段精准控距，路口有序通行。活动特设 “技术切磋环节”，默契与竞技并存，直播间弹幕持续刷屏。​

With the tenet of "gathering friends through trucks and advancing together via exchanges", the event attracted core members of both teams and a large number of sim racing enthusiasts to follow online, writing a new chapter of cross-team friendship and collaboration. In the preliminary stage of the event, the two convoys finalized the rules after multiple rounds of discussions. They designated the route from Calais to the Port of Amsterdam with reference to international convoy standards, explicitly prohibited any irregular operations, required all participating trucks to be adorned with the specified liveries and maintain orderly driving, and arranged dedicated staff to oversee overall coordination and dispatch. At 19:30 Beijing Time on the event day, all drivers assembled punctually, forming a spectacular lineup at the Port of Amsterdam. After departure, drivers from both sides demonstrated high professionalism—they raced side by side on straight sections, maintained precise spacing while navigating curves and slopes, and passed intersections in an orderly manner. A special "Technical Exchange Session" was featured during the event: Gongchi Convoy took the lead with strategic route planning, while DS Convoy closely followed with a steady pace. The event perfectly blended tacit cooperation and competitive spirit, keeping the live stream’s comment section buzzing with non-stop messages. Several hours later, all trucks reached the finish line smoothly, and the drivers posed for a group photo to mark the occasion. In the closing segment, the team leaders of both convoys delivered speeches, highly commending the performance of each side.
