So without any further ado let's go on with the statistics for the month of July:

In Total WayFinder's divers drove 78 404 km (48 718 mi) with 121 loads, that is a meager 647,9 km average per load.

Together we hauled 2 662 430 kg, that is 22 003 kg average per load, and that is pretty good i think.

Together we made € 3 102 270:- profit that is € 25 638:- average per load.

In other news, we got a new employee during this month, please welcome "boden?" to the WayFinder team, and please also welcome back to "Alexandertorell" after a short leave of absence.

Looking forward there is no big happenings coming up as what i am aware of, but i would bet on that the new ETS2 DLC (Iberia) will come during this month, we in the management will of course inform you as soon as we hear something.

To conclude this newsletter i would like to summarize July like this, a long and slow month for WayFinder and there is no specific cause for that more than life it self, soon summer will end and darker, colder days will come and perhaps WayFinder will blossom then, who knows, we all have to wait and see. Goodbye 2020 and hello 2021, and welcome to the newish newsletter, this time around we will try to keep the monthly cycle, with that we mean that we will try to post the newsletter during the first weekend of the month. If you have any suggestion on what to bring up in the newsletter or the format, feel free to contact “Top Managment”.

So let us start with the monthly statistics. During December WayFinder drove 51 845 km (32 215 mi) in ETS2 and 29 058 km (18 056 mi) in ATS. For 2020 WayFinder ended up on 11th place in Sweden with 1 247 389 km (775 092 mi) in ETS2 and on 4th place with 280 838 km (174 505 mi) in ATS. All in all it is a fairly decent result for 2020 and you all know that we don’t strive to be highest on the scoreboard, instead we strive to have fun and happy members that don’t feel the pressure to drive because management say so.

Let us now continue with employee news. Since we didn’t had any newsletter for some time a lot of thing has happened on the employee front, we have opened up two departments, “Bulk, Container & Flatbed” led by “Hallengren” and “Reefer” led by “Stormkungen”. These two departments are taking applications from drivers that have at least the rank of “Junior Driver”. We would also like to congratulate “HenryHerzog” for being the first driver in the “Bulk, Container & Flatbed” department.

Now we end with news from the management. In a few days time we will “clean up” our discord channel and kick/remove those that aren’t active in our company, so I you haven’t done so already please head over to the post in announcement and react if you want to stay on this discord server. This will be done via a script (automatic) on the 5th December in the evening.

We would also like to remind about §5.1, in other words use truckbooks when you drive and make sure it logs your progress.

We are now in the midst of the summer with souring temperatures outside in the sun. Top management has been al little inactive for some time now and the reason for this is life, I for one has a lot on my plate in my daily work life and that takes a lot of energy form me and i don't really have any energy left when i come home to play any truck sims. I won't explain the whereabouts for the rest of the Top Management, if they want to tell the will, just ask them if you are interested.

We where part and drove in Real Ops last month, and that was a really good event, no server issues and that was really good news and listening to truckers FM at the same time only enhanced the immersion and to the game play to a whole new level. Most of Top Management also uses "Trucky App", a really good friend on the roads for all truckers, and i can really recommend that to anyone who wanna enhance their driving and has an spare screen.

"Real operation" is not something you can explain, it must be lived, this was my first "Real Operations" on ATS and i had great fun with my co-workers, i don't know the official count but my "trucky app" logged around 1200 players on the event server, and i think all of us had equally fun during this event.

The real reason i am writing this post is because i want to congratulate and salute the teams within TMP that made this possible, especially the "Asset" and "Event" teams. your work for this event was golden. I know there are a lot more teams and people "behind the scenes" that have worked really hard on this event and i want to salute you too!

Now i know there were some server issues during the event, but for me that was expected, packing in so many people on that "small area" with that many custom assets, well i was expecting it any way. I want however to salute the people that resolved the server issues as swift as they did.

So to conclude, a great event and I with my staff on WayFinder Transport are eagerly awaiting "Real Operations V10" on ETS2!

Today we in the management would like to inform you about the big change we have talked about. North Light Logistics Company will introduce "Transport groups". We will start with four (4) groups, "Dangerous goods", "Special goods", "Refrigerated goods" & "Bulk & Container". We are doing this to increase the immersion of the company and maybe some friendly competition between the groups. What dose that mean? Well let us say that you drive are driving for the "refrigerated goods" group, all refrigerated goods loads you drive will be counted towards their statistics, you may of course drive what ever load you want, with what ever truck you want but it is only the "refrigerated goods" loads that will be added to the group statistics. The statistics will be publish once a month.

NLL is now the first and only Swedish VTC at this time that have been validated by TruckersMP. That means that if someone is looking for a Swedish VTC on TruckersMP, we will be listed first with a yellow/orange text. We have now also contact with several international VTC:s that we might work with in the future.
