New Management

We'd like to announce that CFI Logistics VTC has some new management.

Original Founder Austin Nelson has returned from boot camp and is able to step back in and manage the company from here on out as CEO.

Connor Francis will continue to run the company alongside Austin Nelson and act as a more available executive.

We welcome ThatKiiiid666 to head of Operations and as the Chief Operations Officer for CFI Logistics VTC. If you haven't met him yet then be sure to kindly welcome him to the team and know he'll do great.

Andreas Psarris will remain as Vice President of the company and will continue to be upper management of CFI Logistics VTC.

We welcome Beller as President of the company and know he'll do great with managing the company.

There's our wonderful executive management team here at CFI Logistics VTC. They are all wonderful people and you should get to know them all.

New Development Projects

We are proud to announce some new development projects beginning soon at CFI Logistics VTC.

Our new and updated website is still in progress and has no major updates to report at this time other than it is still being worked on and we will release it as soon as it is ready for the public.

We have a new training system being implemented in our CFI System to assist in better training our drivers with not only skills to drive our trucks well but with knowledge of our company and our past and what we believe in. This system will better ensure our drivers have adequate knowledge in what we do and also implement a little more realism into our hiring process. More information and updates on this feature will be coming up in the future.

Options for Career Advancement

With the recent promotions leaves some spots as directors and officers within the company open. We've got a lot of opportunities for Career Advancement for new employees of CFI Logistics VTC that will be taken quickly so make sure to do your best now within the company and apply for corporate staff positions so that you are chosen to run and represent CFI Logistics VTC as corporate staff. These are some great opportunities for some good promotions that you do not want to miss out on.

CFI Logistics has formed regions throughout the United States and Mexico to divide our logistics network through divided management of terminals added and removed by the appropriate Regional Director. Drivers can be positioned at terminals within these regions as their hub.

Chief Operations Officer

We now have a new COO (Chief Operations Officer). Welcome COO Alex Nelson to the executive world of CFI Logistics VTC. We are very lucky to have him and are excited to see what great things he will achieve.

Added Corporate Staff Roles

The role of Regional Director (RD) has been added, which sits above our Director roles. This roles manages the region they are assigned to and manages the drivers positioned there. They are also in charge of managing the terminals that they add or remove in their region. Limits on number of terminals in a single region are set by executives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You must be in our Discord server.
• You must have driven over 30,000 miles for the company.
• You must have experience in VTC management.
• You must be in good relation to the founders.

Alright I have no idea how I got so off topic with this. I am here to congratulate you all on what you've accomplished thus far and what I'd like to see before the month is over. I'd like to first welcome our newest drivers to the company, Rello and Andy. Welcome to the CFI family. I am glad to have you both in our company. If you ever have any questions then please ask! I know TeeTop is a little scary but I'm not so feel free to ask me.

Let's talk about company performance. As far as I'm aware, I'm still the best driver in the company. Anyone laughing yet? Good. We have logged a good amount of miles for where we're at in the month, but I'm still seeing a few people that need to get on the road. TeeTop, I'm talking to you. Do more loads. As for the rest of you, there are a couple people that haven't logged any miles this month so get on the road!

We are going to now shift over to talking about corporate staff ranks. Specifically executive ranks. With the recent departure of cowboy, who was a terrible representation of CFI Logistics, we now have an open President role. As President of CFI Logistics you will oversee operations, staff, performance, drivers, anything that concerns the company as a whole. This rank holds a lot of weight, and is Clearance Level 5 in our company, the highest you can be. If you have any questions about the position or job responsibilities, then send me a DM. If you are interested in the position, please send me a detailed explanation of why you should have the role in multiple sentences using proper grammar.

Since I have been told by someone that will remain unnamed, I have to work on getting our employment numbers up if I want to continue coming in to the office for work.

Anyway, I sat down with the team (myself) and put our heads together to think of a way to increase our employment numbers with the little advertising methods that we have currently. I came up with an idea of partnerships to help us get alliances with other groups and also help us get more members.

So, I am reaching out to all of you to think of some other groups that can possibly partner with ours to help us grow in numbers. These said groups cannot be other VTCs, members are only able to be in 1 VTC at a time. Let me know some options that'll work for partnerships, and I'll do all the talking. After 2 years of marketing one would think I can handle getting people to form a partnership.

That's all that I have for now, as for those of you whose name hasn't shown up in #job-deliveries in a while, this is your friendly reminder to get some loads in there. The person who holds 1st in the company by the end of this week will be featured in driver of the week.

ADDED:

• Feedback/Suggestion feature on home page so you can tell management what you would like to see come to the CFI system and also what you think of it so far.

• Bug report feature added on home page so you can let us know when things aren't working on the system.

• Lists on home page display your feedback/bug reports that are awaiting to be reviewed by management so you can see if they still have to look for it. ID feature allows you to send the ID to a staff member for them to look up to view the exact report/feedback.

• Message pops up notifying you of the decision of the feedback/bug report when management reviews it.

Drivers are a big part of our day-to-day operations. They are the ones delivering the products of the customer, and are the ones delivering our company promise. Without our drivers we wouldn't be a logistics company.

While drivers are a large part of our day to day operations, our corporate staff do a lot behind the scenes to keep the company on its feet. While corporate staff are also drivers or dispatch, they juggle important jobs that keep the company stable and in operation.
