Our VTC Leaderships/Management team agreed with our Team Leaders and Managers that some roles are going to be publicly accessible, that means that everyone can apply for that position, if the recruitment is open on that position. Since the potential of joining to the Staff Team internally (aka from our Drivers to Staff Team) is getting more and more low, then we decided to make it for public.

There is a lot of work in front of us, but we are going to do our best, to do it during this month and have it done as soon as possible! Stay tuned!
