Our (VTC) Project Management has decided that we are going to put all recent and new partnerships requests to On-Hold, since our VTC has a lot of VTC or other projects partners and we are not able to meet our minimal requirements we set in the partnerships agreement.

We don't want to decline the partnerships requests and have some negativity within the trucking community, if everything would go fine and we would have more space within the calendar and events scheduling, then we would like to part with most of you, however that is not currently possible and some internal changes need to be made first. Therefore all partnerships requests are put to On-Hold status instead.

We also need to change the approach what we are requesting from our VTC partners and what we are offering them back, review the whole partnership program but also looking into the opportunity to collaborate with our partners on the VTC projects we planned or we are planning in the near future.

Our VTC Leaderships/Management (aka Project Management) team made a completely new and custom dedicated server on Euro Truck Simulator 2, which is going to be available from February 1st, 2026 to all our VTC members and later at the end of the month, it's going to be available for our VTC partners as well!

We believe that having our own custom server could help us with the VTC activity. At the moment we are planning a lot of stuff to have on that server such as Delivery Events, Road Events, custom paint jobs and so on! A lot of things are being prepared being the scenes and some of them are awaiting the implementation! <3

Our VTC Leaderships/Management (aka Project Management) team made some inside department changes. Here are the details we are going to share with you all:

In the last couple of weeks and months, some Project Management members left the team due to some reasons, from their inactivity, up to their decisions to focus on their IRL life, other duties and so on. Over the time, we found out that it's not possible to lead the VTC in only 4 members and that we are not able to cover all the areas, therefore we planned the recruitment and the candidates, who we thought of, have been offered the position inside the Project Management team! And guess what, they accepted the offer!

From the January (2026) we would like to host the private and public events each month with one partnered VTC.

We were thinking about this for a really long time and then we decided that maybe this is the way where we should go or aim for - the main plan is to reduce the events scheduled between the VTCs (mainly for us) and also be more active and transparent with you as our VTC Partners.

As you probably know, the Verified VTCs need to meet the requirements, specifically:

• Host one private event (exclusively for your VTC members only, or as you can read below together with your partner VTCs).
• Host one public event (hosted by your VTC with other VTCs attending, or hosted with another VTC).

This is what we want to aim for; for Public Events we would like to host 1 public event with one VTC partner and on the same month we would like to host 1 private event with the same partnered VTC.

Benefits:

• Reduction of the events within our (and probably your) Events Calendar;
• Cooperation, transparency and another benefit to be partnered;
• Higher attendance (getting the Event Server) and more people can then focus on the Convoy Controlling and/or Photoshooting or Videoshooting;
• maybe some more, I can't think of anything else, at the moment.

If you are interested in being part of this, that you want to schedule two (public and private) events for 1 month with us (Line of Energy) then you can create a ticket here on our Staff and Partners server.

What is going to happen, once you open the ticket?

• Event Manager is going to be assigned to your ticket (for keeping it more active, transparent etc. - then all Team Leader/Managers from LOE can type in that tickets; if needed then someone from the Leadership team is going to be assigned as well.
• Event Planner is going to be there for planning the route accordingly to your needs, requirements, requests.
• Other Staff Team members can help you with promotion, event invites and with everything else what is going to be needed.
  • Media Managers, PR Manager, Brave Alliance Leaderships, and so on.

Our VTC Leaderships/Management team agreed with the Event Management to create a new role/position within the Event Management, called: "Event Planner".

You can apply for this position by being a part of our Location Scouting department or by being a part of our Event Management team/department.

Event Planner is cross-working between this two departments, ensuring to plan the convoys in advance, accordingly to the new TruckersMP Event Pages requirements and implementing the route suggestions. They are in charge of making a new events and series.
