Want Castores Trucking to join your next event? It’s super simple! Just open a ticket in our Discord and send the TruckersMP event link — no need to fill out extra info. Our system is connected to the TruckersMP API, so it’ll automatically fetch all your event details.

• Review Time: Our Event Team will check your request within 24 to 96 hours, depending on calendar availability.

Availability

• Monday to Sunday: 18:00 - 02:30 (UTC -7)
• Weekday events (Mon–Thu) may be limited due to work/study commitments
• Events starting before 20:30 UTC-7 will be evaluated individually
• Events planned 6+ months in advance require detailed review
• Please read our Event Policy before submitting your request

Joint Convoy Ticket

Want to host a joint convoy with Castores Trucking?

You can also request a joint convoy, organized in collaboration between your VTC and Castores Trucking. Examples: Christmas TruckFest & Happy New Year Convoy

In these cases, only one VTC will publish the event for better coordination. Our Castores Event team will support you with Convoy Control and Media Team.
