All drivers and staff should familiarize themselves with the VTC's policies and procedures and comply with them. This includes guidelines on attendance, communication, and performance expectations.

Effective communication is essential within the VTC. Drivers and staff should actively participate in discussions, maintain open channels of communication, and promptly respond to messages or requests from fellow members.

Encourage a spirit of collaboration among drivers and staff, promoting teamwork and support. This includes assisting others when needed and contributing to a positive and friendly VTC environment.

Drivers are expected to maintain regular attendance and inform the VTC in advance if they cannot fulfill their commitments. Staff members should also adhere to their assigned schedules and notify relevant individuals of any changes.
