Today for our weekly Saturday convoy, we will be doing a special memorial convoy dedicated to a friend of one of our members who passed away. Because of this, we will be running all black trucks and trailers.

Pickup: Any company in Bakersfield

Meeting Point: Trucker dealership in Bakersfield

Cargo: Any box trailer (Make it black)

Dropoff: Eddy's Market, Tucumcari, NM

Convoy starts at 8pm EDT.

Breast Cancer Awareness Convoy: Recap

Hi Everyone,

Thanks to those who came out to support our Breast Cancer Awareness Convoy on Saturday. We had a good time driving from LA to Hobbs and then all the way up to Seattle. During our convoy, we were also able to raise $40 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. While that may not seem like much, that's $40 more than they would have received if we hadn't bothered to even try, so I would call that a success! Hopefulkly next year we can get that number even higher.

12PK-TRUCKIN’ is having an anniversary celebration, and everyone is invited to join us. We will be hosting a special one year anniversary convoy that will be open to the public for all to attend. Join us in celebrating one year of 12PK-TRUCKIN’ by taking a drive across the map with us and shooting some fireworks off the top of the mountain!

I want to note that we are the one and only original "12PK TRUCKIN'". There is no substitute for the original.

-We are hiring all kinds of drivers. (flatbed, heavy haul, refer, log, dry) (use of Virtual Speditor required) -I want to get the company back in the top 10 all month and every month.

We have been a company since OCT 4th, 2018, and we are not going anywhere. We will withstand all issue that comes our way, so if your looking for longevity, fun, family like community, do not look any further, we are right here. I am wanting quality people that want to drive and have fun.

As a warning to those copycats. All images are protected under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Sorry Repo and Kappa, you should have fixed your issues with us instead of running away like little girls.

5 years of trucking on ATS

On Oct 7th we will be hosting our 5th year anniversary convoy. All are welcome to join us on our route from Portland to Tucumcari. We will be transporting propane. Our route consists of traveling down the 5 to the 58 traveling east then east on the 15 till reaching the 40, where we will travel all the way to the destination. Once there we will meet at the fuel station for pictures of all the companies and trucks that made it this celebration. Hope to see you all there.!

We will be celebrating seven years of being a virtual trucking company. Since creation we have had many ups and downs. On thing we have not changed is the fun we have while trucking together as we drive. If your looking for a company that has stood the test of time and still here, then come join us. Any company can join us as we celebrate seven years.

Where we began

I started trucking with a major streamer in Aug of 2018. During this time I had broken my foot and was using it as a form of therapy. I was driving almost 100,000 miles each month till I went back to work, but that is jumping ahead a little. The first few months were great making lots of friends and being promoted to manager of this streamers trucking side along with about 6 others. One day this streamer had an issue with another manager using the push to talk priority feature. Instead of telling us not to use it they removed all of the permissions for us managers, making us have titles but we could do nothing with new drivers. One evening Repo and I was talking and we decided we will just break apart from this streamer and make our own company. This ended up being the evening of Oct 4th 2018. We made 12PK Truckin' and starting inviting those managers that felt the same way we had. And then we reached out to our friends and gave them an option of staying or leaving, not once did we force anyone. Now I would love to say we made record after record since that day but its not the case. We have had splits of our own, as well as many drivers have become inactive over time. We stayed a top 5 team till Feb of 2019, Which is where our first split happened. This split was due to a difference of opinions' from having many Co Owners. We started out with 6 to 8 co owners which is way too many. If I could go back I would have listened more to one person and tried to find common ground instead of having the argument we had over something so silly. We grew and dropped over the next year being a solid top 10 company having many of the the best drivers leave. The next split happened when I found out the CO owner that I had built this with was soliciting money from anyone he could. Having the choice of either having the company fall apart and no one left or firing the co owner I choose to keep the company alive and have him step down as owner. This did not help due to he was still asking and throwing around he was co owner. I eventually had to kick him out, leaving me as the sole owner of 12PK. I have with the help of many managers kept 12PK running, many bad months and many good ones.

For the future I want to grow 12PK into a thriving company again. but it takes drivers willing to drive. Even if sometimes they don't want to. We all agreed to run at a minimum of 2500 miles each month and we need to get back to that. The future of 12PK is in the hands of the drivers. I will keep the doors open till I'm the last person cause that is the type of person I am.

Request an orientation in the “Orientation-Request” channel in discord

Part 1: Must go through an Orientation Course before application is accepted (wait period 2-3 days)

Part 2: Upon completing your Orientation and approval, must go through Road Course Tests and a Trial Period. (Training Role given)

Part 3: After completing your Trial Period you will then become an 12PK Driver (12PK Driver Role given)

Rules

New Drivers must go through one week of Training, Orientation and Road Trial before becoming an 12PK driver

Respect company drivers and other drivers

Reckless driving is not tolerated

2,500 minimum miles required for the month

MAXIMUM speed must not go over 75 MPH, results of speeding will get you a strike
