Hello,

Welcome to the New Year, We are a little late on this for jan, but who cares even tho, our team have been back from holiday from some time now, a lot of us have been busy making updates to the VTC, make sure to read thought and see what is going to be happening this month and what has happened, sadly there will be no driver and staff of the month this month, but We will be doing it next month, We want to thank you all for supporting us along the way, within 2023 and we hope to make this new year something to remember!

DEPARTMENT UPDATES:

LKW Logistics is running smoothly due to all the work every department does, that's why we'll be giving an update from some of the departments.

• Human resource Team: Dealing with Applications, as normal and more applications coming in each day! - We are getting a lot more than normal.
• Events Team: Dealing with Event Tickets, the team are doing amazingly well, so keep it up
• Media Team: Handling photos for the website and much more, Pics are looking amazing

LEADERSHIP:

Within December, the leadership team have been hard at work, working on new things to add to LKW Logistics Before we think about launching them, A few things will be mention below by the following departments. ( We want to thank you all for being here and helping us. )

January.

• New Paintjob Has Been Released ready for the new year! Thanks to @UKDobby for making this happy we will announce when they are ready to be used

Feb 2024.

• By the end of feb or march we are hoping to launch something new, for all our drivers
• More news coming soon!

In the Next coming months, we have a lot of things to launch and show, so join our discord to see what is happening!, more coming soon, So keep an eye open for that.

DRIVER UPDATES:

In January we saw a Big increase and a Decrease in the number of applications we received. However, we hope to see an increase again in the number of accepted applications next month. Our driver count increase, from December 44 , to 36 drivers in January, However, We Had an increase from 36 to 40. However we are going to be dong activity check every 2 Months, so we hope to see an increase in drivers for the following months.

DEVELOPMENT TEAM:

Within the Dev team they have been working really hard with our Leadership Team to get things done on time and ready for the public & our drivers they have also been working closely with our Media Team to get skins done etc below will be what has happened this month:

Dev team:

• New News Hopely Coming our in the upcoming months, as the devs are hard at work
• We website had, been launched last month And we have a lot more coming next month so say tuned.
