Laid Back We are overall a very laid back VTC. We want our discord/company to be a fun and relaxing place for people to hangout to get a nice break from the monotony of everyday life and hopefully make some friends in the process! Due to our laid back nature, it is very easy for new drivers to join and find their place within the company almost instantly

Highly Active We all have lives outside of the game so we get that not everyone can be driving at all hours of the day, but thankfully, when you do get on, chances are you will find a fellow company driver chilling in our VC. This is due to us working varying shifts at work or just time zone differences. We have players from all over the world so we are able to have some level of activity at all times of the day

Move Up We are constantly growing and always on the lookout for people that want to move up within the company. We have many different roles and positions available

Organized We are very organized and have everything laid out neatly in our discord and on our website for your viewing pleasure. We encourage everyone to check out both the discord and the website to see what we are all about here at Red Eye Logistics

Frequent Convoys We will either host our own convoy or participate in one at least a couple times a week. Convoys are optional but the option is always there for those who are into that.

What we offer: We offer a friendly, relaxed environment for you to daily. We offer help with in game setup as well as Trucky or Truckbooks setup. We are very active and you can always find someone to drive with if you wish, and we offer ways to move up the ladder with ranks earned by mileage in game! Our requirements: All new drivers will be screened and go through a trial phase before becoming an official driver Have Trucksbook to log miles Read and follow our company rules Once hired, change your multiplayer tag to "CFTI" in a darker blue Must have applied on both TruckersMP and Trucksbook before reaching Driver rank

*Recommended but not required Truckyapp All DLC's and Promods Canada

Our Rules:

Discord

No random spam
No hate speech
No advertising other VTC's or Other communities
Keep drama out of the public chats
Follow Discord TOS
No excessively loud or annoying noise in voice chat (otherwise you may be put on PTT if needed)

ATS Rules

When driving on ATS, follow all TruckersMP rules
You are not required to run company colors when you drive alone but be prepared to put them on for convoys.
Be courteous. Announce when you are passing drivers, or if you are giving room for someone to merge onto a highway etc.
No mic spam on the CB, or any other kind of annoying nonsense. CB chatter should be for callouts/greetings only

Convoy Rules

Maintain a good following distance (100+ meters minimum, but 150-200 is recommended)
In public convoys, drivers should not use the CB at all unless it's an emergency. This keeps comms open for directions from the convoy lead and allows managers to communicate with other VTC's
Be early, refueled, and loaded so when the convoy starts we are all ready to roll out
Have company colors on and have a matching company trailer, unless specified otherwise by management
Be in discord to listen or give callouts to your fellow drivers.

So if you are thinking of becoming apart of the staff team here at Central Florida Transport Inc. then you must have the following

Have your ban history public
Give the staff an application on why you should be staff here 3 depending on your behavior in the discord, be in the company for at least 2 weeks before you can apply
if you have had previous experience as staff at another vtc please give us evidence because that will massively boost your chance
have good social skills, because you will be talking to a lot of people, and become active maybe more so than you currently are.
be able to cope in different situations to what you are used to

Singleplayer Company Mods

We have just now released private company mods.

Hitting those milestones within the company you'll unlock mod packs that I have created for our company. Please make sure to create a ticket in the discord so you can receive your rank.

Also we have just released a company ATS Profile for those in need of money, xp, or just garages. This profile is updated weekly as some things change. You can also find this within the company discord.

As one of the owners of CFTI I'm proud to say that we have officially started our recruitment phase and Myself and Chandler have been grinding non stop to get this company going right so we can succeed and have a great family within CFTI!
