首先，在新的一年里，祝大家龙年大吉，万事如意，工作顺利，事业有成，身体健康。

回首2023年，在过去的一年我们经历过风风雨雨，但通往成功的路上都要经历几次风雨，虽然有着摧毁的威力，但我们坚持不懈，不害怕失败，风雨过后的彩虹就如同我们在失败后获得的成功和经历。

失败是成功之母，勇敢迎接风雨的来袭，成功就在未来等着我们。

新的一年，新的开始，新的目标。在接下来的一年中我们将做出一个艰巨而伟大的目标！

1. 曙光车队VTC总人数突破900+

2. 车队联运稳定出席人数25+

3. 车队接待群人数突破1000+

4. 车队保持每月举办一次月度活动

5. 车队培养多名人才，增加管理组人数

6. 1-6月份恢复VTC验证，7-12月份恢复VTC认证，并保持认证身份

以上就是我们2024年艰巨而伟大的发展目标

在我们开始向这个目标出发时，是离不开车队成员和车队工作人员的努力

我相信我们未来的发展会越来越好!

在新的一年里，我们还将对我们的团队结构进行重大改变！

2024 Development Goals

First of all, in the new year, I wish you all a prosperous Year of the Dragon, smooth work, successful career, and good health.

Looking back on 2023, we have experienced ups and downs in the past year, but we have to go through several ups and downs on the way to success, although we have the power to destroy, but we persevere, not afraid of failure, the rainbow after the storm is like the success and experience we get after failure.

Failure is the mother of success, bravely meet the wind and rain, success is waiting for us in the future.

New year, new beginnings, new goals. In the coming year, we will make a difficult and great goal!

1. The total number of SG Team VTC members exceeds 900+

2. The number of attendees of the fleet intermodal is 25+

3. The number of team reception groups exceeded 1000+

4. The team maintains a monthly event once a month

5. The team cultivates multiple talents and increases the number of members of the management team

6. Resume VTC verification from January to June, and resume VTC certification from July to December, and maintain the authentication status
