We previously announced the departure of Syke & Sam from their roles as Event Manager and Media Manager. We have made some changes to the way these roles operate and are now ready to re-open the recruitment.

We're looking for individuals that are active within the TruckersMP community and are able to dedicate time to managing a team, as well as conducting tasks relevant to their roles.

Management Updates

• As of 12th July we have made some changes to the Media Manager & VTC Manager roles as we have promoted some of our Staff. Our Media Assistant Max (madmxt) has been promoted into the Media Manager role due to the incredible work he produces frequently and dedication to the VTC itself. In addition to this, we have also promoted Nick (gaming_naj) into the VTC Manager role as he has been a fantastic team member since joining in April 2023, and is always willing to put time and effort into the VTC wherever needed.

June Statistics

• Throughout the month of June our Drivers managed to cover an excellent distance of 35,111 miles throughout various European cities, which was spanned across a total of 94 jobs. These statistics are drastically lower then previous months since the VTC was re-launched in March however, we have already seen a impressive increase throughout July already! We aim to continue delivering those lightning speed deliveries to all our customers on a frequent basis.

Driver & Staff Recruitment

• We're always on the hunt for fun and friendly Drivers to join our growing VTC at all times, so if you're interested in a relaxed, low requirements VTC, then head on over to our Discord server to find out more information!
• We are yet to recruit a new Event Manager that is suitable for the role, however we are still interested in hearing from you. Recruitment will remain open until a suitable candidate fulfils the role.
• As we have promoted Nick, this now leaves the HR Manager role vacant and we're very interested in recruiting someone with experience and knowledge of the Human Resources team. If you are interested in this role, get in touch via Discord to discuss this further with us! In addition to this, we still have recruitment open for HR Assistants.

We have recently made an update to our VTC joining requirements by reducing them or altering them, which will allow more members of the TMP community a chance to apply and hopefully become successful! We are always open to making changes to better ourselves and assist the community where necessary.

Requirement Changes

• Adjusted the overall minimum age to join from 15 down to 14.
• Reduced the required ATS and/or ETS hourly requirements from 50 down to 25.
• Amended the maximum TMP bans from 4 up to 5.
• New punishment timeframe which has increased the ability to have no bans within the last 3 months rather than the last 4 months.

We hope you are just as happy as we are with the new requirements and we excited to allow more of you to join us!

Recruitment Updates

• We informed you all previously that we were actively recruiting for a new HR Manager and we have successfully filled the role so a big congratulations to Welshy and we look forward to working with you!
• Welshy has every intention to better the Human Resources department through a variety of ways and we are excited to see what he will bring to the VTC.

July Statistics

• Throughout the month of July our Drivers managed to cover an excellent distance of 92,385 miles throughout various European cities, which was spanned across a total of 130 jobs.
• We were thrilled with the results achieved in July as it was a significant increase from June and we would like to thank all of our Drivers for getting involved and smashing the targets.
• As of August, we have set higher targets and will aim to achieve them successfully in ensuring we conduct business at lightning speed!
