Wild Hogz Trucking was founded on August 19, 2021. We are a group of friends who share a passion for trucking, playing American Truck Simulator, and Euro Truck Simulator. We work together as a team to grow our company and aim to make it one of the best places to have fun, rather than feeling like you're working a second job!

Our company has minimal requirements, but the ones in place are to ensure smooth operations. We welcome anyone with little to a lot of experience on these roads to join our company. As long as you're having fun, that's all that matters here!

Wild Hogz Trucking Divisions Update | Drive to be wild!

After planning with our leadership team and division supervisors, we have decided to revamp our divisions by changing their names, eliminating redundant ones, and merging some to simplify the selection process for drivers and offer a wider variety of loads.

This update will take effect on April 17, 2024. This will allow our drivers time to review and understand the new divisions and associated updates.

With the new update to our Divisions, we are implementing changes to our rank point system. We have increased the points awarded at the end of each accepted Division load from 10 points to 250 points. Please note that this adjustment is subject to further testing and may be revised.

Our driver ranking system allows drivers to work towards goals while driving with our company. Whether it's attending events, completing challenges, or simply taking a nice drive, everything you do will help you grow and rank up within the company.

Now, the question is: how does one actually earn points to rank up? Well, that's simple. Below is a list of things that can be done to earn points and help rank up!

• Earn 1 point for every mile you drive.

You will earn an additional 500 points for any trip that exceeds 2000 miles.

• Earn 2000 Points for attending events.

• Earn Points for completing challenges.

• Earn 10 Points per Division delivery.

We are excited to announce that we won a certificate for "Best Colour Scheme" at the Ghost Express Truckfest in February. We want to thank all our drivers who participated and helped showcase our company truck. This was our first event on Euro Truck Simulator 2, and we had a great time!

Wild Hogz Trucking December Newspost, Our team has been working hard to propel our company forward and enhance our existing infrastructure in preparation for the new year. In the post below, you can see what we've been busy with during the month of December.

DRIVER UPDATES:

In December, we received a typical number of applications and maintained a 100% acceptance rate. As expected during the holiday season, we anticipated hiring fewer drivers due to people spending time with family and friends. Our driver count increased from 26 in November to36 by the end of December.

DEPARTMENT UPDATES:

In December, we completely overhauled our staff departments to align with the direction we are pushing for in the new year. See below for the changes we have made:

ADDED:

• Public Relations
• Team Managers
• Development

CHANGED:

• Operations Manager ---> General Manager

PUBLIC RELATIONS:

• This Department will be responsible for all Newsposts by the company, Driver complaints and Ticket management on our Discord server. This can still be changed

TEAM MANAGERS:

• These people will be responsible for making sure each Department has someone to learn from and get help from if needed.

DEVELOPMENT:

• Our Development team will be responsible for making sure everything is working smoothly and constantly updating our Website, Drivers hub and more.

GENERAL MANAGER:

• This person will be in charge of holding meetings with our Team managers to keep them updated on any changes in the work so they can be prepared when something is changed so we don't have confusion.
