The sole right to modify the team points system belongs to the team captain
Points Principle:
The team points system will be based solely on the relevant regulations within the team
Under no circumstances is allowed to change points without permission, and those who request to change points will be severely punished
The team points system is common for fleet management
At the end of each month, the score for the current month is counted, and the next month's points are cleared
Points:
1. Positive sub-item:
Participation in daily intermodal transport +1 point,
Participation in major intermodal transport +2 points
+3 points for multiple times of good performance in intermodal transportation (no more than two times per month)
+2 points for those who have made comments for the team and have been adopted (no upper limit), +1 point for those who have not adopted but have reasons (the monthly upper limit - times, the final interpretation rights belong to the executives)
+1 point for answering questions from other group members in the exchange group (preserve evidence)
+2 points for reporting someone else's malignant behavior in intermodal transportation and being verified
+3 points for reporting management taking bribes, not enforcing the law impartially, having vicious behavior in the group, and causing harm to other team members
+10 points for reporting the phenomenon of pulling people within the group
+20 points per person for recommending newcomers (entering VTC and participating in 1 intermodal ride) to the team
2. Negative sub-item:
Absenteeism intermodal transport - 1 point
Points will be deducted for violations of the intermodal transport system and management outline that damage the image of the fleet and disrupt order according to the severity of the circumstances
