Events/convoys are very important and beneficial to a VTC to grow and to be enjoyable. We will find ways to get our drivers to attend and enjoy them, even through we do not require our drivers to attend we encourage them and make them see the importance to attend the ones we make or attend. Unfortunately for the month of November we will not plan or attend any convoy we had planned before we closed, this is to help us regroup and rebuild what we lost. During this process we will examine what is best for our drivers, one thing we noticed our drivers liked having convoy’s internally, so our focus will be more internal convoys than external, even though we might deny external invitations we will still accept external events once a week and make sure they are on the weekend when majority of our drivers have time to attend. We will still host public events quarterly and our first will be our January or February.

Like mentioned we will focus more on internal convoys so our drivers can enjoy, while we always will appreciate invites, but we will decline more and focus on once a week. Once we see that our drivers want more, we will go to a two events a week and do more as time goes by.
