Hello there! It's been a while, no? Well our GREAT and BEST COO is taking a breather as he is a busy man and being an awesome tutor, I will be doing the Recap for January! I will keep it sweet and simple, as I do not have the skills like he does!!

Welcome to the January 2024 Recap!

Well this year we started with FIREWORKS! and we keep it going as we continue to progress further and further. ATM is booming a lovely Trucking community and we can't thank enough for our lovely Team and Drivers! They are the ones who make ATM great! If you are reading this, join our Community and see why our Drivers love ATM! We welcome you to our January Recap!

Driver Statistics

Well, like I mentioned it will be simple so we will go straight to the top 3 Drivers who drove the most in January!

Now, who's going to take the total mileage crown this month...

• in third place, with 72,958 km, Kirito!
• in second place, with 83,924 km, Hearty Laces!
• and in FIRST PLACE, with a cool 114,558 km, Ramin tanuwong!

Recognitions

Driver of the Month - Ramin Tanuwong

Welcome to the winner's circle, Ramin! You blew the roof in January with all that trucking you did! We want to show our appreciation for your dedication during the first month of 2024! You drove a whopping 114,558 km! Amazing! You also attended multiple Events thank you for representing ATM! We hope you continue and keep seeing you in the Virtual Roads!

Staff of the Month - Alpha_Trucking

This month, we're very excited to welcome Alpha as our next SOTM recipient! During the month of January Alpha was very active in the HR Department taking care of HR Tickets, being active in our General chat channel and in our Drivers channel as well. He would be on top of Driver Applications that came in. We want to thank Alpha for being dedicated to ATM and we hope he continues showing his love to ATM like he always does! Also by the end of January he became our new HR Manager! GG ALpha!

As always, thank you to our Driver and Staff of the Month, and to all our ATM Family for the great work you do daily!

Staff Changes

Going into our winter break, let's see who joined our family this month:

Human Resources

• Jeffy Steps down from Human Resources Manager due to personal reasons. We thank him for his very long commitment to ATM and we hope to see him back again in the future!
• Alpha becomes our new and 2nd Human Resources Manager. We are excited for him and we wish him the best in this new adventure within ATM!
• ItsHarryUK joins the Human Resources Team. It is nice to see the big TSR Boss in ATM and in our Team!

Events

• Sehi joins the Events Team (Jan 15)
• Sunny joins the Events Team (Jan 24)
• Cronbo transfers from Events Manager to Media Manager while remaining in the Events Team as well. (Jan 9)
• Chris steps down from Events Team (Jan 8)

Community

• HeartyLaces is promoted to Community Manager (Jan 2)

Divisions Update

Keep it going to all of our Division Drivers! -Let's see what they brought to the table this month:

• Construction logged 447 loads across 257,060 km.
• Hazmat logged 469 loads across 215,166 km.
• Agricultural logged 381 loads across 174,184 km.
• Finally, Chilled logged 227 loads across 158,634 km.

New Year, Great start!

January was sure a hot start. Now we look forward for a sweet and lovely February. During these couple of months we are going to be testing a new TMP Livery for ETS2. So keep a lookout to our Drivers and see how you like our new and BOLD livery! Our first picture in this recap showss the new livery (credit to truckermatthias). Our previous livery which used the Sunrise paintjob continued to be used as our Alternative Livery for those who can't buy the Modern lines DLC. Our TMP Division Liveries have changed to reflect the new paintjob as well, they will also use the sunrise paintjob as an alternative as well.

In the month of February we will be host our first LGBTQ+ Support Convoy which will take place in d private dedicated server! It will consist of two routes, so we hope you all can join us and show support and love to this lovely community and show them we ARE here to SUPPORT them! This lovely event will take place on February 17th, 2024 -- if you and your VTC have not confirmed attendance, why not do so now?.
