In celebration of ATM's upcoming fourth anniversary, the Marketing team sat down with various team leads to discuss their teams and the work they do for ATM. These are published as part of a larger series leading up to our fourth anniversary.

Next on our highlights, we'll sit down with the Human Resources team - responsible for new driver intake, driver conduct, and assisting with community issues!

What is your name and role at ATM?

My name is Dear Leader, and I'm currently the Human Resources Manager here at At The Mile!

In a few short sentences, describe your team's day-to-day tasks.

Human Resources is responsible for several very important tasks within our VTC, with the most important one being recruitment and intake of new drivers. On a day-to-day basis we also handle manual delivery logs, provide driver and community support, as well as moderate the Discord server while handling support tickets from our community!

Since last May, what are you most proud of your team for doing?

There is one thing that makes me very proud which is that, most of the time, applications and tasks are not left open or unresolved for more then 48 hours. Most are actually resolved within 24 hours! This definitely is a result of the amazing team we have right now, full of people with passion for what they do! I can't wait to see what amazing things we will be able to do in the next years.

What's your favorite part about the team you work with?

I love how we have set clear guidelines within our team which has resulted in amazing communication. Everyone is a good communicator which in turn results to tasks being resolved faster and maybe even better than we expected. Besides that, they are all active and always open for a chat which is also one of my favorite things about them.

Do you have any exciting plans you wish to share with the public?

HR is currently not working on anything big, however we are constantly working on improving internal procedures and guidelines as well as keeping our VTC rules up-to-date. Should there be anything else exciting, I will be sure to share it in an announcement!

What would you say to someone who was considering joining At The Mile?

If you are looking for an amazing VTC where you do not need to meet any requirements as a regular driver, you should always consider joining us! We are like a family and are always ready to support each other no matter what!
