At The Mile Logistics - 2025 Recap

Hi! My name is Dear Leader, currently Senior Manager of Human Resources and writing this amazing news post for you all to enjoy. During this last year we have reached some amazing milestones together with our family. All of the things you are about to read would not have been possible without the effort and participation of our Drivers and Team members. From reaching over 500 members, breaking bread with new partners to celebrating our 4th Anniversary. None of it would have been possible without you!

At the time of writing this news post, our community discord has over 2 thousand community members as well as over 575 drivers employed. To support and keep all of this running, we have an amazing team of 36 people across all different departments. We would like to thank each and every single one of you all for making At The Mile what it is today. It would not have been possible without you!

Community Statistics

Here are some statistics from our discord! Let's start with the #general chat habits. We've been quite talkative as we have collectively sent 13833 messages in our general channel over the last year. To place this into perspective, that is almost 40 messages a day. Meanwhile our #drivers-chat was even more chatty! They have sent 32799 messages for a total of almost 90 messages on a daily basis.

Besides messages, there have also been alot of stars flying around our media channels. Last year a grand total of 219 images were nominated for picture of the month by our drivers and community members. Below are some of the hidden gem's that were barely outvoted for picture of the month:

Let's not stare at these images for too long, as there is much more cool statistics to read about. At the end of 2024, our discord had a grand total of 1543 members compared to a stunning 2045 members as of writing this message. That means our family has grown with over 500 new people in the last year! With all these new people, our discord has seen a grand total of 261298 messages being sent.

Driver statistics

Now onto the stats that you are all reading this for (I assume)... The Driver statistics! Our combined 581 drivers have driven a grand total of 26783 jobs! For a total of almost 50 million kilometres logged distance during all of these deliveries. That puts the average job length of our drivers over the last year at 1866 km per job! While we are driving a lot of jobs and long distances, sometimes something goes wrong.... this year we have been late for 418 jobs and have a not so grand total of 23750% total combined cargo damage caused by only 17,7% of the total jobs.

Now with all those trips, you might think: What did you earn driving all of those distances? Well let me hold out no more and tell you all that during the last year we have made a total of 832 million euro profit! I can't wait for my christmas bonus following these amazing numbers!! This results in an average profit per job of 22620 euro per job!

None of these amazing numbers would have been possible without the effort of all of our drivers over the last year. We thank each and every single one of you all, no matter how active you have been, for your amazing contributions to achieve these numbers.

Event statistics

During 2025 we have hosted and attended many great events. Before we continue on, I want to thank everyone who has taken the time to attend our Convoys, both public and private. We love our Relaxing drive every month hosted by our amazing Events team lead by none other then Phantom as Senior Manager of Events Team.

In terms of events, we have driven a total of 238 events during 2025. This means we attend between 4-5 events each week on average! During these events, many of our drivers have attended. Here's the top 3 event attendees:

1. Phantom (4.97 million event points)
2. AMatEus31 (2.86 million event points)
3. Ramin Tanuwong [TH] (2.85 million event points)

Division statistics

Not only have our regular drivers been delivering tonnes of cargo around the world, our Division drivers have also been busy! This year, the Automotive division was brought into life! They are the driving force behind all vehicles. From the tyres needed to drive on, the fuel that moves them to the complete end product, the automotive division specializes in vehicle transport and is our 6th division.

Together with the other divisions, a total of 8600 division deliveries were done in the year 2025 for a total of 273 million euros in profits! This all was a result of having driven 6.7 million kilometers. A huge part of the divisions ofcourse, are their drivers. Each division had their top drivers, but one outgrew them all last year.

That one driver would be none other then david12567 who has driven a grand total of 386 deliveries for his division in the last year! That adds up to at least 1 delivery every day of the year!

Last but not least, the best performing division of 2025. This was none other then the Chilled division! They have put in an amazing effort over the past year, with a total of 1967 completed deliveries! But it was a close call, all divisions have every right to be proud of their performance this last year!

This year, the picture of the year has been awarded to the following as a result of the amazing tag team between two of our members earning the most votes this year on the starboard:

Driver of the Year

This year, the Driver of the Year was solely based on statistics! We have checked who has had the best possible year out of all of our drivers. You could have already guessed who it is going to be, he's driven a total of 1258 jobs for a total distance of 1.54 million km driven and a total of 45.8 million euros profit for the company. In doing so he was solely responsible for 4.7% of total deliveries company wide this year, 3.1% of total distance driven was done by this person and 5.5% of total profits were earned due to his work.

He has been back with us for almost a year now, has frequently attended events and taken part in challenges. I am talking about the one and only david12567!! A huge congratulations to you for becoming Driver of the Year of the year 2025 setting your name in stone within the history of our VTC.

Team Member of the Year

Having worked his way up within our Team, the person who is going to be receiving this award is someone any partner or vtc will likely have had contact with. He's attended the most events, while also being 3 different team member positions within At The Mile. Not only is he our Senior Event Team Manager but also one of the Construction Division Supervisors and a Human Resources member! Being the brains behind our Relaxing Drive with At The Mile, he created these events for you all to enjoy together with the rest of the Event Team. Being as active as he is, there is no-one better to give this award to then Phantom congratulations!

You have singlehandedly made this game and the experience in and with our VTC enjoyable across the year. Keep up the good work and be proud of the standard you set for others to work towards!
