Could you give us a short introduction about yourself, who are you and what do you do within ATM?

*Hi everyone, I’m Lele, I live in Italy and I’m really into technology and digital graphics. I’ve been working as a Media Manager at At The Mile Logistics for over a year now, where I take care of media activities within the VTC.

Over the past few years, I’ve been involved with media teams across several VTCs, although I had never taken on a management role before. This experience has allowed me to grow a lot, both creatively and professionally.* ##

**You have recently joined ATM a year or so ago. What is the part you love the most as a driver and now as a team member? **

*I’ve been part of this amazing family for quite some time now, and what stands out the most to me is how active everyone is. The convoys are always popular, and we often spend time together just driving and enjoying the experience. Everyone is really friendly and supportive, always ready to help without hesitation.

What I enjoy most about being part of the team is contributing in the way I love the most: creating content for the community and helping it grow and improve.* ##

What advice would you give anyone who is thinking about applying to become a team member?

*For anyone thinking about joining the team but still unsure, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try and just going for it. Don’t miss the chance to show what you can do. I always suggest checking out the open positions and challenging yourself with something new, because I can honestly say it’s worth it.

*1.Congrats on Driver of the Month, can you give us a short introduction about yourself?

*Hello, I am Everest, I come from Southeast Asia, Indonesia to be exact. I am 26 years old, and my birthday is 28th June.

*I am a self-taught developer (both game and software) and a self-taught game level designer. I graduated from high school back in 2018 where I learned quite a bit about graphic design, including video editing.

I enjoy both desktop and VR gaming as well as listening to music. I have been part of TruckersMP since late 2024 and joined At The Mile Logistics VTC in December that same year. So far, this VTC has been really nice and has treated me like family, which is why I have been enjoying my time here a lot..*

2.What's your favorite truck, route and cargo to drive, and could you tell us why?**

My favorite truck used to be the Volvo FH6, but I switched to the Scania R/S some time ago. I figured I needed more RPM/engine power so that's why I made the switch.

For cargo, it's usually frozen goods and supplies. I lean more towards blue so it kind of makes sense why I like it haha. It also ties in with me being part of the Chilled Division in the VTC, more on that below ;)

For routes, recently I have been enjoying the Nordic regions. I find it really relaxing to drive there because of the scenery and mountains. I also head over to ProMods server sometimes and Iceland is one of my favorites because of the snow.. again, I guess I have made it clear I like cold stuff *

3.You have driven an impressive 137 thousand km in just a month. Are there any tips you have for others who wish to drive as much as you did?

Honestly just don't force yourself. Drive when you feel like it and when you are enjoying it. Don't overdo it because you will eventually get drained or burned out.

Also, don't forget to stay hydrated!* ##

4.You are also part of a division, can you tell more about which you are in and describe what that is like?**

I am in the Chilled Division. It is my favorite so far because, well... like I mentioned before, I like frozen stuff and the color blue

# They also have monthly challenges where you deliver specific cargo to certain companies with pretty reasonable requirements, which makes it more fun. I ended up delivering a lot of beverages during one of the months... hopefully that doesn't lead to too many DUI drivers!*

5.Do you have anything else you wanted to say/add?**

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone, and to At The Mile Logistics VTC for being so welcoming. I really appreciate being part of the team and community <3

I also recently joined the Event Team within the VTC and it's been a really nice experience so far. I am looking forward to contributing more and continuing this journey with all of you.

shift2k joined At The Mile as a driver less than a month ago. With his strong background in events, we were happy to welcome him to our Events Team, and now all the way up to Events Manager! Due to his significant contributions to the success of our recent event organization, we are proud to name him our Team Member of the Month. We asked him a few questions to help everyone get to know him a little better!

Could you give us a short introduction about yourself, who are you and what do you do within ATM?

Hello everyone, my name shift! Some of you may already be familiar with me, but for those who aren’t, I’ve been involved in online trucking for over 10 years now. During that time, I’ve been part of several different VTCs, experienced various communities, and helped out quite a bit with community-hosted convoys - usually by supervising them. I’ve also had the privilege of being a TruckersMP staff member and have planned several official events for them, including a special official event.

Here at At The Mile, as an Events Manager, my responsibilities mainly involve planning the events we host, whether private or public. This means designing drives that are scenic and engaging, while adding a dash of challenge to keep things interesting. Sometimes, I even plan events that don’t involve driving at all but offer something different to do.

You have recently joined ATM a month ago. What is the part you love the most as a driver and now as a team member?

Before becoming a driver, what attracted me was the active community here—whether in chat or voice channels. After joining as a driver, I realized that the activity isn’t just limited to the public side; it’s not just a front to look good from the outside. Internally, drivers regularly go on drives together almost daily, interact and help each other in various Discord channels, and even tease each other when mistakes happen.

Seeing people have a good time, enjoy the game, and engage with one another is what I’ve enjoyed most as a driver—and I still enjoy it now as a team member. The added bonus is that I can now contribute more to the community.

What advice would you give anyone who is thinking about applying to become a team member?

To anyone considering becoming staff: I’d say go for it and give it a shot, especially if you’re unsure. Take a look at each department, see which area you think you’d enjoy the most, and ask a team member from that department what their role really involves. If you find an area that interests you, submit an application - regardless of your experience level.

It doesn’t matter if the person you ask is a team member, in management, or even in leadership; everyone is willing to help with any doubts or questions. Unless you try, you’ll never know how you might end up making an impact in the At The Mile community. There’s no downside to giving it a shot, but there is regret in not trying at all.

Do you have anything else you'd like to add?

I’d say don’t be afraid to reach out. I’m always open to questions, suggestions, constructive criticism, or even an invite to a random drive. I’ve heard some people were intimidated or even scared of me before they got to know me (looking at you, Shadows), but I’m actually a pretty chill person.

At the end of the day, we’re all here to have a good time, share a few laughs, and hopefully not get too crazy in the process.

super_shadow joined us as a driver over a year ago. He also recently joined our divisions staff as a Chilled Division supervisor! He showed an impressive all-around performance as a driver this past month, in distance driven, challenges completed, division deliveries, and events attended. Congrats on Driver of the Month, can you give us a short introduction about yourself?

Hi, I'm "super shadow", 31 years old, I work two shifts in a factory, I like taking photos or going on trips, but I'm more into American Truck Simulator now because I want to gain new experiences.

What's your favorite truck, route and cargo to drive, and could you tell us why?

My favorite truck is the Kenworth W900, my favorite fast route is Salem - San Diego, I drive large orders in ATS, it drives well there, my favorite load is frozen fruit. for safe driving I use US Arcade or SCS Single Convoy, currently I have a non-functional brake pedal, I use automatic loading and brake with the button on the steering wheel.

You have driven an impressive 137 thousand km in just a month. Are there any tips you have for others who wish to drive as much as you did?

I try to play after work, and in my free time on the weekend, do as many errands as possible, and drive long distances.

You are also part of a division, can you tell more about which you are in and describe what that is like?

My favorite division is chilled, and I like to transport frozen goods, it's fun.

Do you have anything else you wanted to say/add?

I'm very happy about it [Driver of the Month], and I didn't even expect it. I am happy to be part of such a big family, I feel at home here, I would never change VTC again, I am also happy that I was given the position of supervisor, if I don't know something, I ask.

Having been with us for only a month, Enzo has already driven over 200.000km! An amazing feat earning himself and the company a stunning 8.2 million euros. He's a member of our Freight division! We have asked him some questions to get to know him better, lets see what he has to say!

Congrats on Driver of the Month, can you give us a short introduction about yourself?

Hi, I am Enzo 36 years old and living in Albania!

Do you have a favorite route, cargo, destination or truck to drive with/to? If so, which and why?

I enjoy driving my truck all around the world. But my favorite is from Italia, San Giovani or Palermo up to the North Ivalo or Uppsala.

You have driven an insane amount of distance, with over 160 thousand km in just a month, are there any tips you have for others who wish to drive such amazing distances?

I drive a minimum of 5000 km every day because when I am on the road hearing my music its like my therapy.

What do you like the most about being a Driver with At the Mile?

Here in At The Mile I like how friendly they are and the good people who are here. There is no pressure and you can drive how you like! The divisions also keep you motivated so I am happy to be a driver for At The Mile!

Do you have anything else you wanted to say/add?

I wish to only tell all drivers to come and join us and enjoy the friendly calm family, respect to all!

CorporalNuts has recently been welcomed into our Human Resources team as one of our newest members of the department. Besides this he is also the proud Division Supervisor for our Hazmat division! We have asked him some questions to get to know him a little bit better!

Could you give us a short introduction about yourself, who are you and what do you do within ATM?

Hello, I'm Tobi aka Corporalnuts. I joined At The Mile Logistics early september 2025. I'm the Hazmat Division Supervisor and a Human Resourses Member.

What is the part you love the most about what you do here with us?

I love the teamspirit. I like to be a leader who stands next to his members not above it. IRL i like to help people with whatever they need, and the fact that i can do that here. Is simple lovely

What has been your motivation to be as active as you have been lately, do you have a secret?

Well it's weird to say this, but i threat it like a job. A job that i love. Otherwise i could not keep up that level. I'm used to make my hobbies my job. I always loved trucks and vehicles so that how i ended up IRL at Volvo Trucks.

What advice would you give anyone who is thinking about applying to become a team member?

I advise everyone to take shot. Because it's a shot worth taking. I applied 2 times for Supervisor. The first time i got denied only gave me more motivation. So in general, just do it and who knows what happens.

Do you have anything else you'd like to add?

I would like to make a special shout out to Georgie Fayte, without her help i would not be able to do my job so good. So, Thank you.

Congrats on being named our Team Member of the Year! Could you give us a short introduction about yourself?

Hey my name is Phantom and I’m 18 Years old, I am currently doing a course called IT Level 2 in college. I am from Syria (Kurdistan) but living in UK with my family 2 siblings and Parents. I really like to play video games mostly only story mode because they are the best.

Your contributions to organizing our events this year have been invaluable. What do you enjoy most about event management?

To be honest, I enjoy all the things I do in the Event department, and last year I'm happy to have become the lead of At The Mile's Event Team. I can also count on my Event Lead and team when I need help with something that I'm too sure about to decide.

Is there an achievement within the team that you are particularly proud of?

I'm most proud of becoming the first manager at At The Mile to obtain a Senior position; there isn't any other achievement that I'm proud of.

Do you have any words of wisdom for other team members, or for drivers aspiring to join the staff?

When joining our staff team, you must support your team and always stay under pressure since you got people in your team helping you while moving on further in staff team. You need to earn trust through actions, not words. And of course the most important thing is At The Mile is your family - we also got your back when needing help!

Everyone here at At The Mile knows David. He's been a part of our family since 2022, recently returning in January after a hiatus of a few months. David’s activity, work ethic, and commitment as an HR Team Member previously earned him the Team Member of the Month recognition back in November.

This time, we wish to recognize his even greater and outstanding performance behind the wheel by naming him our Driver of the Year 2025. In 2025 alone, David covered a staggering 1,500,000 km, while maintaining incredible attendance at events and convoys. It is no surprise he ranks #2 on our VTC Leaderboard after only 12 months back with us!

We have asked him some questions to get to know him a little bit better!

Congrats on being named our Driver of the Year! Could you introduce yourself to us?

My name is David, I am 32 years old. I am Human Resources at At The Mile. I joined ATM back at the beginning of 2025 and I have also been in this VTC in the past. I am currently unemployed. I love watching football and I am a big fan of meteorology.

You have covered the most distance by far of all our drivers this year. What do you like most about driving in ETS2?

I enjoy exploring the great profitable roads and travel many kilometers in ETS2, meet other players and sometimes stretch a little. I like to take the Calais-Duisburg road, because 80% of the players of TruckersMP is concentrated on this route.

What is your secret to keeping the game enjoyable after all this time?

My secret is that I love this game and wish to become a staff member of TruckersMP in the future. I set myself monthly goals to avoid getting bored with the game, unlike some of my friends who stopped after having made the same trip for 5 or 6 months, even a year, and who abandoned playing.

As an example, my goal is to drive at least 100,000 km per month. After I reach it, the extra distance I drive is a bonus, but I won't count it for next month's 100K goal. I'm also vigilant; if I feel like I don’t want to make long journeys, I choose the shortest ones and evaluate my motivation during the day to decide whether or not I will make a long journey.

Do you have any advice for your fellow At The Mile drivers, or for the TruckersMP community in general?

A tip not to get bored too quickly of the game is to play at your own pace. It is advisable to set monthly rather than annual goals and plan the routes that suit you.

Moonlight Express was originally launched on 18th July 2024 and relaunched under a new team on 24th October 2025. They are a VTC that aims to create a family vibe whilst having fun and creating new friendships and memories in the TruckersMP world. At The Mile Logistics - 2025 Recap

Hi! My name is Dear Leader, currently Senior Manager of Human Resources and writing this amazing news post for you all to enjoy. During this last year we have reached some amazing milestones together with our family. All of the things you are about to read would not have been possible without the effort and participation of our Drivers and Team members. From reaching over 500 members, breaking bread with new partners to celebrating our 4th Anniversary. None of it would have been possible without you!

At the time of writing this news post, our community discord has over 2 thousand community members as well as over 575 drivers employed. To support and keep all of this running, we have an amazing team of 36 people across all different departments. We would like to thank each and every single one of you all for making At The Mile what it is today. It would not have been possible without you!

Community Statistics

Here are some statistics from our discord! Let's start with the #general chat habits. We've been quite talkative as we have collectively sent 13833 messages in our general channel over the last year. To place this into perspective, that is almost 40 messages a day. Meanwhile our #drivers-chat was even more chatty! They have sent 32799 messages for a total of almost 90 messages on a daily basis.

Besides messages, there have also been alot of stars flying around our media channels. Last year a grand total of 219 images were nominated for picture of the month by our drivers and community members. Below are some of the hidden gem's that were barely outvoted for picture of the month:

Want to see more hidden gems of our amazing photographers/drivers? Check it out in our media channels in the discord! Let's not stare at these images for too long, as there is much more cool statistics to read about. At the end of 2024, our discord had a grand total of 1543 members compared to a stunning 2045 members as of writing this message. That means our family has grown with over 500 new people in the last year! With all these new people, our discord has seen a grand total of 261298 messages being sent.

Driver statistics

Now onto the stats that you are all reading this for (I assume)... The Driver statistics! Our combined 581 drivers have driven a grand total of 26783 jobs! For a total of almost 50 million kilometres logged distance during all of these deliveries. That puts the average job length of our drivers over the last year at 1866 km per job! While we are driving a lot of jobs and long distances, sometimes something goes wrong.... this year we have been late for 418 jobs and have a not so grand total of 23750% total combined cargo damage caused by only 17,7% of the total jobs.

Now with all those trips, you might think: What did you earn driving all of those distances? Well let me hold out no more and tell you all that during the last year we have made a total of 832 million euro profit! I can't wait for my christmas bonus following these amazing numbers!! This results in an average profit per job of 22620 euro per job!

None of these amazing numbers would have been possible without the effort of all of our drivers over the last year. We thank each and every single one of you all, no matter how active you have been, for your amazing contributions to achieve these numbers.

During 2025 we have hosted and attended many great events. Before we continue on, I want to thank everyone who has taken the time to attend our Convoys, both public and private. We love our Relaxing drive every month hosted by our amazing Events team lead by none other then Phantom as Senior Manager of Events Team.

In terms of events, we have driven a total of 238 events during 2025. This means we attend between 4-5 events each week on average! During these events, many of our drivers have attended. Here's the top 3 event attendees:

1. Phantom (4.97 million event points)
2. AMatEus31 (2.86 million event points)
3. Ramin Tanuwong [TH] (2.85 million event points)

Division statistics

Not only have our regular drivers been delivering tonnes of cargo around the world, our Division drivers have also been busy! This year, the Automotive division was brought into life! They are the driving force behind all vehicles. From the tyres needed to drive on, the fuel that moves them to the complete end product, the automotive division specializes in vehicle transport and is our 6th division.

Together with the other divisions, a total of 8600 division deliveries were done in the year 2025 for a total of 273 million euros in profits! This all was a result of having driven 6.7 million kilometers. A huge part of the divisions ofcourse, are their drivers. Each division had their top drivers, but one outgrew them all last year.

That one driver would be none other then david12567 who has driven a grand total of 386 deliveries for his division in the last year! That adds up to at least 1 delivery every day of the year!

Last but not least, the best performing division of 2025. This was none other then the Chilled division! They have put in an amazing effort over the past year, with a total of 1967 completed deliveries! But it was a close call, all divisions have every right to be proud of their performance this last year!

Driver of the Year

This year, the Driver of the Year was solely based on statistics! We have checked who has had the best possible year out of all of our drivers. You could have already guessed who it is going to be, he's driven a total of 1258 jobs for a total distance of 1.54 million km driven and a total of 45.8 million euros profit for the company. In doing so he was solely responsible for 4.7% of total deliveries company wide this year, 3.1% of total distance driven was done by this person and 5.5% of total profits were earned due to his work.

He has been back with us for almost a year now, has frequently attended events and taken part in challenges. I am talking about the one and only david12567!! A huge congratulations to you for becoming Driver of the Year of the year 2025 setting your name in stone within the history of our VTC.

Team Member of the Year

Having worked his way up within our Team, the person who is going to be receiving this award is someone any partner or vtc will likely have had contact with. He's attended the most events, while also being 3 different team member positions within At The Mile. Not only is he our Senior Event Team Manager but also one of the Construction Division Supervisors and a Human Resources member! Being the brains behind our Relaxing Drive with At The Mile, he created these events for you all to enjoy together with the rest of the Event Team. Any new driver over the past couple of months will likely already have seen or heared of David. He is a constant and active force within our Human Resources Department who is a true example to us all in terms of work ethic and commitment. We have asked him some questions to get to know him a little bit better!

Could you give us a short introduction about yourself?

My name is David, I am 32 years old and I am Human Resources at At The Mile. I joined ATM at the beginning of 2025 before we were VTC and I have been here since.

You have been very active in the last month in Human Resources, could you explain to us what Human Resources does in ATM?

Human Resources at ATM VTC are primarily responsible for managing drivers and ensuring the proper functioning of the VTC. They recruit drivers, verify that everything is in order with the recruitment process, and organize their integration and training. They also ensure compliance with regulations. HR monitors service quality, motivates drivers, resolves conflicts, and ensures internal communication. And also manages the discord in case of failure to comply with the regulations

What do you like the most about what you do within ATM?

I really love driving and recruiting in human resources. There is a lot of laughter between us, and a lot of mutual aid between each person and each person is different.

What advice would you give to anyone who is thinking about joining our team?

The advice I will give him is that he is not alone if he struggles with a recruitment. Always ask because some have been there for a long time and we will give him advice so that he progresses every day, because I struggled the first few weeks and now I am very quick with recruitments.

Dave jones has been a driver with us for almost three quarters of a year. In this time he has driven over 110.000 km and earned over 4,5 million euros in doing so. Attending many events as well as being an active member in our community. We have asked him some questions to get to know him better, lets see what he has to say!

Congrats on Driver of the Month, can you give us a short introduction about yourself?

Hi my name is Dave and I like playing games such as ets2 , call of duty , far cry 6 and battlefield I also like listening to music and spending time with my family!

You have been very active in the last month in both attending events and within your division. What do you like most about the divisions?

The things I like the most about divisions is the variety of cargo and being part of a great group of people.

Driving all of these jobs, you surely have a favourite route, truck or cargo?

My favourite truck is the Scania S 770. I don't have a favourite route or cargo because I like exploring different locations of the map and delivering a wide range of different cargos.

Do you do anything else while driving such as listening to music or being in a voice call that you can recommend to others?

While driving I sometimes like listening to music but mostly I'm in a voice call with some of the team members from at the mile always laughing and having fun!

PeskyLizard has been a driver with us since August 2025 and is part of our Chilled Division. She has since already driven over 175.000 km and has almost reached 10 million euro profit. With her most used truck being the Volvo FH6 and most delivered cargo being Medical Vaccines she also has gone through over 58.000 litres of fuel while delivering cargo! We have asked her some questions to get to know her better, lets see what she has to say!

What's your favorite truck, route and trailer to drive?

My favorite trucks are the Volvo Aero fh6 or the Scania S, I don't really have a favorite route and am happy to drive just about anywhere. I love hauling chilled as the payouts are amazing and loads don't put alot of strain on the truck.

You have driven in many events in the past month, what do you like the most about the events we attend?

The events we attend are fun and the routes are always different and interesting. It's always nice seeing familiar names from other VTC's on the road aswell.

You are also part of a division, can you tell more about which you are in and describe what that is like?

The division I drive for is the Chilled division. Making sure the trailers are set up properly and making sure the cargo gets to the company undamaged makes driving fun and challenging.

As Content Lead as well as developer, Jack is responsible within the Leadership for the Media Team. Having been with us for many years he has been responsible for keeping the socials updated as well as maintaining our internal skins for both regular drivers as well as division drivers. We have asked him some questions, lets see his answers!

Could you give us a short introduction about yourself?

My name is Jack, and I am the Content Lead here at At The Mile. I joined ATM at the start of 2022 before we were a VTC and I have been here ever since.

Have you been part of many different departments within ATM, or has it always been Media team? If you could do something else besides this, what would that be?

In almost 4 years (crazy to think) I have been in a majority of the positions here, including the Community Team, Media Team, Human Resources, Human Resource Manager, Media Manager, and now Leadership. Currently I am only focused on the media side of ATM and have left most other positions to allow others to join, and to focus completely on what I love the most which is making our skins.

As the Leadership responsible for Media, you must have some exciting projects or plans. Can you give us some cool insights in any of them?

I there are a few projects that me and the rest of the team have been working on for 2026, the big one being new and complete division skins. With our regular v2 skins finally released I have turned some much needed attention to all of our divisions and I hope to have them out within the first quarter of 2026. In May At The Mile celebrates its 5th anniversary so we have some things in the works regarding that as well.

What would your advice be for people who are just starting out in the VTC world and would like to reach similar heights as you have within a community?

For those who have just joined and want to advance within the community, the best advice I could give is to be active and get involved. Chat with people in text or voice chats, join events or drive with a handful of others. If there’s an opportunity, take it. Getting involved is the best way to grow here and you’ll meet some great people while you’re at it.

A 19-year-old member from Sweden, SiskoTheLizard joined At The Mile Logistics on March 9th, 2025, and has recently been promoted to serve as Division Supervisor for Chilled. His dedication is demonstrated through consistent activity in Discord voice channels and frequent attendance at organizational events. We recognize and appreciate his outstanding representation of our VTC.

What games do you like besides trucking?

I enjoy games like Farcry, Stellaris among others.

What other hobbies do you enjoy?

I like working on engines and running.

What do you think about ATM and its community?

I adore the community, hence why I joined in the first place and It's always been a blast with the people around here.

What is your favorite truck in ATS and ETS2, and why?

I do love my Scania S. I do not play much ATS at all.

If you're not already one, do you really want to be a trucker? If so, why? If not, why?

I'm actually becoming a trucker soon through my education, So I want to become one.
