Team list/ hierarchy - Janurary 2022

Chief Executive Officer - Brad

This role is highest ranking within this VTC. Their job is to make major decisions regarding the VTC, manging overall operations and resources and is the primary point of contact for the human resources team, if there is any issues. The COO may step up to these responsibilities if the CEO is going to be unavailable at any point, at the discretion of the CEO. This will be known of acting-CEO, and this will only be known internally unless any major public announcements are to be made, where it must be disclosed.

Chief Operations Officer - Kuv, Kelvin

Their responsibilities include; overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operations of the VTC. The COO is also a senior executive who is considered second highest ranking within this VTC.

Managing Director - Nemergent

Their responsibilities include successfully implementing our VTC policies across the board, working with Human Resources and Management to develop strategic plans for the VTC, building and maintaining an effective management team, assuming full accountability of all company operations.

Human Resources Department

Human Resources Manager - CrazyG8743

The role of our Human Resources Manager is that they; lead and direct routine functions of the Human Resources department, including the management of all staff. They also administer all benefits, leave and they must enforce company policies. The Human Resources Manager may also report any concerns about the VTC and/or staff to the Managing Director, if necessary.

Human Resources Officer - N/a

The role of our Human Resources Officer is that they are responsible for; employing, developing and looking after all employees. This can involve actions such as training and monitoring employee performance. The Human Resources Officer (HRO) also helps look after all public members of our VTC too, including guests and partners.

Management

Driver Manager - Joasvl

Their role is to oversee drivers and that they are in a safe and working order, mentor/train drivers and monitor driver performance and standards. The Driver Manager is also responsible for the compliance of our driver safety policy, which will be made available to all drivers. The Driver Manager is also responsible for the testing and examination of new drivers who join the VTC, ensuring that before we loosen the reigns, that they are safe, providing training if necessary.

Events Manager - SuperStar, Yellow

The role of Event Manager is to plan events. They are also responsible for the operations of the event and making sure that everybody involved in the events staff team, understands their task, how to perform it and how to manage risks whilst the event is ongoing, whilst also correcting issues within the events with minimal disruption to the participants. They are also responsible for the attendance of the attendance for our VTC, on public events. Any requests for our attendance to public events must be run via this person(s).

Development Manager - N/a

The primary role of the Development Manager is to oversee and manage the development of all internal projects technical based, such as the website. They are also responsible for the maintenance of the Discord and other technologies. They also oversee developers and will provide them with training/mentoring, if necessary. This person should not be contacted unless it is development or reporting a technical problem, with our technologies..

Media Manager - B.James

The primary role of the Media Manager is to oversee, manage and ensure that all media products, posts and other related things on behalf of the VTC, are kept professional, great quality and varied. They are also responsible for overseeing media officers and will work alongside them extremely closely in creating the best digital media for this VTC, possible. This person should not be contacted unless it is a media related issue, with what we have published - or with our media staff. This person essentially ensures that our brand is built to the best that it possibly can, in addition to looking at different factors of which where we may be able to excel from the competition!

Heavy Haulage Manager - Nemergent

The role of our Heavy Haulage Manager (HHM for short) is to develop, oversee and expand our Heavy Haulage division in the right direction. Their job responsibilities include although is not limited to giving appropriate training and testing to applicants, but to also ensure the rigorous procedures and policies are strictly adhered to, at all times. They work closely with Senior Management and Driver Management.
