In the past few weeks you might have noticed something strange with our TMP and Discord. We have removed our Director Positions within the VTC.

If you were a director staff member, you will have been either reallocated a management position, or, demoted down to the base department you were directing the department.

We’ve decided to remove all of our director staff positions from the VTC now, as we don’t think it’s any longer necessary for the sized VTC in which we are, and it creates uncertainty as to what the job(s) are. Often leading to inactivity.
