En efecto, una discusión que se dio cuando todavía ni sabíamos que íbamos a terminar manejando una VTC, fue si debíamos convocar a choferes de diversos países, o alcanzaría con choferes "locales", por decirlo de alguna manera.

Bastó repasar las empresas más exitosas para darme cuenta que FlaMax tenía razón: debíamos integrarnos con choferes de todas las latitudes si pretendíamos algo grande. Pero claro, para convencer a choferes de distintos países a que se sumen al proyecto, debíamos tener una buena oferta. Y empezamos tratando de traer a todos los amigos argentinos que teníamos en el juego (Baxter, Flamax y yo somos de ese orígen) para demostrar tener por lo menos poder de convocatoria.

Flamax lleva tiempo en este medio, anduvo por varias empresas, y en todos lados dejó buena impresión. Fue así que logramos rápidamente contar con más de 40 conductores, todos de excelente reputación, que en definitiva fue el punto de partida para convocar, ahora si, a los mejores de latinoamérica.

Nota de color: tener en tu empresa a muchos conductores "competidores" y/o con "copas" en su haber suele ser mucho ego para manejar. Ojo! No siempre sale todo bien.

Luego de eso, y habiendo logrado incluso un par de fusiones con otras empresas (chilena una y brasilera la otra) fue cuestión de animarse a ampliar horizontes, animarse a otros idiomas y costumbres. Y hoy en día hay gente de Europa (Italia, Portugal, España), Asia (China), de casi toda sudamérica (Brasil, Chile, Paraguay, Perú, Colombia, Uruguay) y centro américa (Costa Rica, México), aportando su granito de arena en TradeAux.

Es una política que a nosotros nos funcionó y con la que nos sentimos cómodos, pero no es para todos.

Indeed, a discussion that took place when we still didn't even know that we were going to end up driving a VTC, was whether we should summon drivers from different countries, or would it be enough with "local" drivers, so to speak.

It was enough to review the most successful companies to realize that FlaMax was right: we had to integrate with drivers from all latitudes if we wanted something big. But of course, to convince drivers from different countries to join the project, we had to have a good offer. And we started trying to bring all the Argentine friends we had in the game (Baxter, Flamax and I are from that origin) to demonstrate that we had at least convening power.

Flamax has been in this medium for a long time, he has worked for several companies, and he has left a good impression everywhere. This is how we quickly managed to have more than 40 drivers, all of them with an excellent reputation, which was definitely the starting point to convene, now yes, the best in Latin America.

Color note: Having many "competitors" in your company and/or with "cups" to their credit is usually a lot of ego to manage. Be careful! Not always everything goes well.

After that, and having even achieved a couple of mergers with other companies (one Chilean and the other Brazilian) it was a matter of being encouraged to broaden horizons, to be encouraged to other languages and customs. And today there are people from Europe (Italy, Portugal, Spain), Asia (China), from almost all of South America (Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Colombia, Uruguay) and Central America (Costa Rica, Mexico), contributing their grain of sand on TradeAux.

It is a policy that worked for us and with which we feel comfortable, but it is not for everyone.

Resulta evidente la necesidad de estar presentes en todos los medios vinculados a la temática, ya que ello amplía notoriamente la visualización de la marca. Si bien es cierto que TradeAux ya es reconocida en las rutas del ETS2 y del ATS, nunca está demás reafirmar nuestra vocación de "pertenecer" al multiplayer y al mundo de las VTC.

Si bien nuestra VTC contempla como finalidad principal el divertimento, no imponiendo reglas a sus conductores, atento la cantidad de participantes y sus diversos intereses logramos estar en las principales posiciones tanto en modo WoTr como en Real, en los dos juegos simultaneamente! (ETS2 y ATS).

[En] Indeed, after going through several months as a stable company on other platforms (even having already won a few cups on all of them), weeks ago we decided to start replicating our VTC on this medium, considering it necessary for the purposes of the growth we want.

The need to be present in all the media related to the subject is evident, since this significantly expands the brand's visualization. While it is true that TradeAux is already recognized on the ETS2 and ATS routes, it never hurts to reaffirm our vocation to "belong" to the multiplayer and VTC world.

Although our VTC considers fun as its main purpose, not imposing rules on its drivers, attentive to the number of participants and their diverse interests, we managed to be in the main positions in both WoTr and Real modes, in both games simultaneously! (ETS2 and ATS).
