We have been making some major developments with the way we process slot booking requests, to cut down the time between when a booking request has been made and a reservation confirmation is sent to the VTC we have moved to a ticket style of process, this means going forward we will be using an in channel display system to show our upcoming events and the slots available, representatives of VTCs can look at the images within these channels and make a slot selection, then they can open an events ticket and relay their slot booking request straight to our events team which they will reserve and confirm the slot in a matter of minutes upon the ticket being claimed.
Not all VTCs will be comfortable with this new change and we understand, it is therefore we will be continuing a slimmed-down version of our old slot booking process for those who prefer to book via the old way.
This new booking process can only get better as time goes on and as VTCs make future booking requests.
