Our Human Resources Manager, Mike decided to introduce a new point system for our new drivers. The tests up until now have been done qualitatively which increases the possibility of human error meaning the person taking the exam could have 2 different outcomes depending on the staff member overseeing it, using a quantitative system will make sure that every person is judged fairly regardless of the staff member overseeing the exam.
