Simply open an event ticket on our Discord server and state in that ticket all the information of your convoy and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will only attend if we can guarantee at least 3 members of our VTC can show up. We may not always be able to attend due to other convoys or IRL situations. Feel free to invite us to any sort of event your VTC is hosting and we will get back to you regarding if we can come or not.
